Now, I've never had a blowout or anything like this done before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I arrived 15 minutes early, and they took me right away--amazing first impression. And the salon? Wow. Holy Batman! Some of the cutest clothes, accessories, and little finds I've ever seen. I was tempted to shop the whole time! Now let's talk about Lexi--the star of the show. I had no clue what I wanted, so I told her to do her thing because she's the expert. And oh boy, am I glad I did. Lexi transformed my hair from "please don't leave the house without a hat" to "go out and show this off to the world!" It's a total holy Batman moment. The price was completely reasonable, and of course, I made sure to tip generously because Lexi absolutely deserved it. I walked out feeling refreshed, vibrant, and--dare I say--beautiful. I can't wait for my next special event to have an excuse to book another appointment. I'm officially hooked!

They were super good at communicating with me from the time of my inquiry to the trial. They were familiar with a bunch of my vendors which made me a lot more confident. From the first moment I met Amber & Paige they were "hugs not handshakes" kinda of people. They asked all the right questions about vision for my wedding, us as a couple, etc. I was pretty vague in what I wanted and they were still able to kind of sift through what I was saying and delivered on exactly what I was hoping to look like, if not better! I spent an hour with these two, tops, and we laughed together, cried together, and had some wine together. I couldn't be happier they're going to be a part of our big day!

She's a master at cutting all styles and I always leave her feeling happy with a fantastic cut! Actually she use to work closer to down town jax, and when she moved out to Ponte Vedra all of her clients followed her! I wear my hair super short now, and it's so crazy that even with it so super short, there is so much shape and a modern edge to it. While I have many complaints, the main one is that I did not like my haircut, and even after I tried to ask the stylist to fix it, I was rushed out looking terrible. My haircut was 14 minutes with no wash/shampoo, no blow dry and no products. I was told that the cut would be dry because of my hair type. My hairstylist was Rita who said that my hair type is best cut with dry hair. I have never had that in the past, but I trusted her experience. However, I was very disappointed that she cut my hair so quickly and then didn't ask me if I liked it, I felt like she was pushing me out the door. I have long hair and asked for many layers, lots of layers that are visible and she did not give me that. I had her add more in and asked her to fix a few things 5/6 times, which she did, but with the attitude that I was bothering her. Her cuts are $75 dollars and that's an unfair price for the experience I got. My next complaint is partly due to the coronavirus but it still left a negative taste in my mouth. I called on Friday for an appointment and was told the salon was finally able to use the blow dryers, but to schedule early in the day because they sometimes ran out of sanitized brushes near the end of the day. I came in for my Saturday appointment and Rita told me that was not the case, no blowdrys. I told her that the receptionist told me differently, and her only response was "oh she knows". Therefore my hair looked extremely sad due to the lack of wash/blow dry and products. Overall, I felt very unwelcomed at this salon. I don't like my hair at all and I don't recommend Rita as a stylist.

I booked the hot stone massage and the steam room. My masseuse was Zianni. She did a great job. I felt all the tension and knots being released from my body. The steam room was amazing. Overall , a good experience but there are things that I would've liked to be different. The overall vibe seems a bit commercial, even though there are marocan elements scattered throughout. I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.
