They do decent nails. I used to go on Saturday morning at opening. There is a huge sign that says "walk ins welcome." I stopped going because they wouldn't take me even though there was no one waiting. Basic manicure and pedicure. Today I decided to try again. It's been over a year and they are near my home. I was again told I needed an appointment. Never again. The sign should read "appointment only." Walk ins are NOT welcome. read more

She asked what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for. Very gentle hands, and pays attention to details. Great nail salon! Right away when you walk in you are greeted with multiple "hello's". I was asked what I would like and I told them I want a manicure. One of the women there walked over to me and helped me figure out a long lasting manicure plan. She was extremely helpful and wanted me to have a good experience. This worker sat me down at one of the stations and began filing my nails. I could tell that she was very focused and knew what she was doing. The whole time she was very delicate with my hands and would ask me if what she was doing satisfied my wants. She made sure each nail looked identical and precise. The end product was absolutely beautiful. Once the manicure was finished she massaged my arm and my shoulders. I had a great experience and I plan to come back many times! read more

I've been going here since around the time it opened, I think I was 16... so... let's just say a LONG time. They must have recently changed management, and sadly, I feel that it's gone downhill. My most recent mani/pedi felt rushed, and when I pointed out to the manicurist that there was a fuzz on my wet nail, instead of removing the polish from the whole nail and doing it over, she plucked the fuzz out with the cuticle cutter, and then filled in the hole in the polish with a glob of more polish. Not cool. I left the 2 stars because the prices are still good, and the place is still clean, but the service just hasn't been there the last few times I've visited. Sad. read more

I'm not normally someone who gets their nails done so I always have huge trepidations about going to the salon. The reviews here had me unsure but I am ecstatic I went. I Got gel mani/pedi yes it was 60 dollars but they amazed this nit picky customer. Their tools were sanitized and you could see all of their certifications on the wall. They really took their time making sure it looked good. A friend went with me and got the callus remover and wow! If you have callus issues they do . It looks so gross but the girls feet are baby smooth now and they definitely looked rough to start. I'd recommend going when they aren't busy. Call before and if they say come in early go then. Once there's more people they're attention is spread out to process people. But that's fine, it just gives you more time to just enjoy treating yourself ! read more

I highly recommend the gel manicure here. The color I chose was a pastel and looking transparent so the tech put extra coats on, making sure my nails matched the color swatch. It has been over two weeks and my nails still look perfect. I'm amazed...even after doing dishes and gardening. It is definitey worth it. I am looking forward to going back. read more

They have great deals posted, but really push to make you buy a higher price pedicure or manicure. As soon as they start adding on to your pedicure and you say, "No, just the basic $20 mani/pedi" they loose the ability to speak English. "It include, OK" SOME BULLSHIT!! Then when you pay, they say you told them to do the higher priced pedicure. Spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

I went to get my nails done and the lady had no clue how to remove the powder gel. She used her finger to dig into the gel and hurt so bad. She asked after she took the gel off of only 4 fingers she had to do, and asked if it was okay to charge me 5 dollars. I understand charging extra but not after u have taken the polish off and when there were only 4 finger nails that had to be taken off. She also made every nail a different length. I USED to get manicures and pedicures done here for a couple of years...the last 3-4 months, they're started going downhill. I was always rushed, I had more polish on my skin than nails and it would always come out sloppy. When I would ask to have it fixed, I got yelled at with an attitude. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of waxing. I have extremely sensitive skin and NEVER broke out after an eyebrow and side of face waxing. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately I only get to go there once a year when I'm visiting my family, but it is always the highlight of my trip. The manicure was $8. The first time I went with my daughter they didn't cut her cuticles and she didn't know to ask for that and was a little disappointed. Then I read that cuticle cutting is bad for the cuticles and promotes tearing. I went for the whole treatment this year mani and pedi one week and the reflexology foot massage the next week. Let me tell you that their reflexology foot massage is the best in the world. I can't believe they only charge $30 for one hour! Annie and Cute Q. gave my mom and I a reflexology foot massage today and they are the best. Be sure to give them generous tips, these ladies have strong hands and a healing touch. If I lived in Rockland I be going to them once a week. If I had one minor critique on the spa it would be that I thought the music could have been a little softer and I prefer the chinese music to the 1980's musik (they had a little bit of both). read more

Cici is amazing! Overall, all the staff are good. Just like any other place, try not to go when you know its peek hours. They tend to rush when other people are waiting, but it the work still comes out good. I just prefer not to be rushed. They are walk-in friendly, so sometimes it can get busy. This place has gone down hill. I came in and they sat me in a pedicure chair to kill time while yhey were understaffed. I sat soaking my feet for 30minutes trapped. I eventually got up and said I had no time and will just have my manicure. The manager did my nails and completely rushed through everything. She said she would do a good job to take care of my wait but it turns out she made my cuticles bleed and was VERY Rude. No loyalty program and they always upcharge for additional services. read more
