I'm extremely disappointed with this salon, especially with the owner, Jenny. She is rude, rushes through her work, and shows no interest in making sure customers leave satisfied. What's even worse is her inability to keep the salon running in an organized way. The staff never seem to know their next appointments, which creates confusion and delays -- this is basic management that any good owner should handle. This was my second visit. The first time, Kenny did my nails and did an amazing job -- I highly recommend him if you come here. But my most recent experience with the owner was frustrating from start to finish. Came here to get a manicure and pedicure. Was a little reluctant in a spa with mostly women but wanted to pamper myself a little. The staff was very caring, attentive, and very accommodating. They are truly professionals and highly suggested. With the kiosk check in, multiple nail stations and abundance of pedicure stations it was large enough where I felt I can hide but enjoy my time. The pedicure chairs had an excellent massage feature and all the equipment was sanitized and packaged separately. I'm a repeat future customer. read more

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULD. They were nothing but rude and were laughing at my cousins face and making her feel dumb because she couldn't speak good English. On top of that a guy did her nail so poorly and all we wanted was a fix for free, they wanted to charge us and do a "fill" when they messed up on her nails!! The way they did her nails were extremely dirty and she could get an infection!!! When we told the owner this he just laughed at our face....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ! I previously loved going to this salon. Over the last few months, it seemed like everything began to be rushed and the overall vibe was off. I am no expert on running a business, but it seemed like their model is get people in, and get people out. Cut corners if necessary. I called three times today- (@1:04, @1:46, and @2:06) no one answered the phone so I could make an appt... so frustrating.... I have no proof, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were double booking people, or squeezing people in between scheduled appointments. Anytime my nail girl, who is amazing (I highly recommend her), Isa, was behind on my upcoming appointment, I was told she was running late... yet, anytime I'm in her chair, she's working timely and diligently. If/when I saw another nail tech, they would be rushing, and if I provided any suggestions or feedback, they seemed to get snippy.... again, Probably not their fault, they are being crunched by the system. Needless to say, I have to start looking elsewhere. I am open to suggestions..... It's such a shame, Isa does great quality work. I'll miss her. read more

I don't like here ,pls go to the another salon . The owner so rude I had a horrible experience at this nail salon and I'm really disappointed. When I arrived, the staff didn't greet me or ask about my needs. I wait 30 minutes with an appointment!!!!! . They seemed completely uninterested in what I wanted and worked in an unprofessional manner The quality of service at this salon is really poor and not worth the price. I am not from the area but was in desperate need of an acrylic fill and gel polish change. I am super impressed with Nina's work. She worked efficiently and is such a good artist. The pricing is very reasonable as well. Shop is new, bright and clean. The the variety of colors and application techniques are bountiful. I will be back next time I am in town. read more

I had a service there today and I was happy with it. The reason why I am not giving more than three stars is because of the disrespectful behavior of the man behind the counter, I think the owner or the manager. There was a customer there who came and waited for her services, while other members in her party (there was three of them) already started their appointment. She let the manager know that she has been waited and inquired about the delay. There was no apology on his end or resolution for the issue. The customer canceled her appointment and he was completely fine. His body language was very arrogant and disrespectful. Sir, it is important to value your customer and to find a solution for situations like these. It's not okay to be disrespectful, shrug your shoulders and whistle and sing around, as if you are not phased. It's not just that customer that experienced that- other customers saw it too. Terrible and incredibly disappointing service! For the third time now, I had to wait for 30 minutes or more WITH an appointment. This is after they called me one minute before my appointment time, when I was about to go in, to ask if I was coming. I guess they just wanted to make sure I was on time, to wait 30 minutes for the service I had booked days before. How disrespectful! I brought this to the attention of the guy standing by the front desk, every time this happened, but he just simply doesn't care. Also, one would think that after seeing all these negative reviews about appointments and wait times, he would actually choose to do something about it. Instead, he keeps responding with the same generic "oh no, I wish you would have told me when it happened", or "call me and I'll make it right", when he clearly has no intention of actually doing anything about it. He just shrugged his shoulders when I complained at the store. He is also very dishonest about wait times, putting you in the chair immediately, I suppose thinking that you'd be less likely to leave after waiting 30+ minutes. Very poor business practices, overall. I definitely won't be back. read more
