Now we have to wait until December for this cut to grow out. Maybe next time the stylist should demonstrate one more time in the front where they are going to cut and be cautious (maybe cut below slightly?) -- I think it is easier to remove hair than cut it way too short. Over the years, whenever I've had to go to another stylist at a different salon for a special occasion, no one has ever come close to matching Jessica's talent. She's even done a few updos for some special events I attended, and each time she created exactly what I envisioned. She's so invested in her craft and always learning new techniques, which is why even after 6 years, I continue to be amazed by her work. The incompetent stylist Alyssa told me she had to fully take them out and re Install so that was about $600. It was new hair only 2 months old . She also did what she called a full head of highlights which it's not. I went back in for my move up which I now found it is not a move up simply pushing the beads up and matting the hair. More of a scam to get more money. She also claimed she did a full highlight. I told her after that time I wasn't thrilled with the color. I sent her pics of what I wanted and she blew me off and said she would do more next time. Well I went back and my hair was completely all messed up from her botched move up which I confirmed from real hair extension specialists in the area it was indeed improperly done. As a result my hair that was now only 6 months old had to be thrown out because of her incompetence. I had to how reorder new hair. Pay for another install which was done with the wrong color beads. She also had the audacity to charge me for a full highlight and an extra bowl of color. I left and reached out and told her I wanted a diff color and she told me it couldn't be done which is absolutely insane I've been getting highlights for 15 plus years I know what color my hair is capable of being. As time went on I got more and more upset and annoyed as I saw what a hot mess my hair was. I sent her pics and she said that she would add more highlights next time. I was done. I called to cancel all of my future appointments and she argued with me. She's horrible. For someone who gave this subpar salon pushing $3,000 in 6 months you would think they would be nicer. It was strange as they called me two days ago to let me know to come earlier and that someone else from the person that I had booked online would take care of me. The person who was dying my hair for a year now is not there anymore. Most of the people who were taking care of me before are not there anymore. Today it was the worst experience ever! I am really disappointed with the service. My hair looks awful. I wish I have not used them. My advice as I run my own business--The staff should be more caring about customers and should not experiment with other people's hair. The difference of colors on my hair was absolutely obvious. My hair before was a clear blond color and now the roots are yellow/brown! They were pretending that was all great instead of trying to fix the problem before me paying and leaving the premises. As soon as they told me that I was done with the styling and hair treatment, I approached the register to pay and it was there I made the complaint. The staff knew in advance that they performed malpractice on my hair treatment. They were hoping that I would not have noticed but I stayed silent until I go to the register.
