Made two phone calls to different numbers associated with the salon. Got a call back at 9:45 with "so sorry, salon doesn't open till much later, I don't have a key. But I was next door, looking out for you." Well, if you were next door, you would have seen me, standing there for 10 mins. With the morning traffic took me nearly a hour to get back home. I understand the hair type is slightly different but they didn't even attempt to get similar results because the length is so off in the picture the side is 1-2 inches what they gave me 1cm of length. Plus they cut the side way high I look like a pin head. The back is inexcusable clearly a mullet, mine is faded all the way up. Plus when I brought it they kept on giving excuse and if you're unable to cut it consult me first. The excuse is that my hair is thick and sticks out I know that but I also know I can push it down by styling. Plus they kept saying it looks good. Like what?
