I tried to resolve this amicably, but after being ignored and then blocked, I'm left no choice but to take legal action. I am now filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and the official Ybera Paris distributors to expose this scam and protect other clients from being ripped off. Instead, I got an email and a public response accusing me of "purposely trying to harm the business." Since they prefer responding to reviews instead of returning phone calls, here I am on Yelp. The funniest part? After all that determination to keep the $150, I now have to dispute the charge, so they may not even get to keep it.

The massage itself was really nice and felt like it went on forever which I loved. Almost fell asleep a few times haha. After the massage I was given a robe and brought into the mud bath room. This was a surprise experience so I wasn't aware I needed a bathing suit for the mud bath, but the staff provided little towels to keep my modesty and not have to get my clothing wet for the bath. They did the collagen facial while I was in the mud bath which was convenient, but it wasn't really a facial like I'm used to. They mostly just wiped some stuff on my face and put a face mask sheet on my face, nothing special. The mud bath was really nice and relaxing though and made me feel super smooth and nice after. The staff was all very professional and made me feel cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning. They also use the high end skin care products I use at home so that's a plus (I believe it's extra for them in the services). After my services I was waiting for my friend to finish and they again offered tea and water to me.

I came in with three layers of color- dark roots about 2 inches long, bleached muddy blond through the middle and orange ends. It was a disaster grow out. I had a consult with Markie for blonde highlights and to blend in my roots but since Markie couldn't do highlights at the moment, she deferred me to Tomy. I didn't know I was in for a treat. I showed Tomy pics of what I wanted and he insisted that the color I wanted would wash me out and that I would not be happy with the maintenance since I wanted low maintenance. Initially, I was disheartened but I can appreciate his honesty and after he explained what he thought would work better for me yet achieve something close to what I was looking for. I thought I came in for a consult but he worked me in between his clients so that he could show me what he could achieve yet still make me happy. Mind you, the salon was super busy but the man is a multitasking genius! He did a toner and root scrape while Markie did my haircut and Yasleen did my blowout. Did I mention that my color was a disaster? Well, 2 hours later, what was flat and orange and 3 different colors was now bright, golden and well blended. My dark roots melted into the blond so seamlessly, you would think Michelangelo painted it himself. I absolutely love the results!

I had decided to stop with the constant touch-ups every 4 weeks and I just wanted the natural grey to come out. Problem was that after many years of dying there was so much dark pigment in my hair that letting it grow out naturally looked really bad because the demarkation line was just ugly. I did not want to cut my hair either. So the search was on to find a specialist who could lift the dark pigment and create a blended look without frying my hair. Christine to the rescue. She really knows her stuff! She understood what I wanted, but she was also very upfront about what could be achieved in a one day transformation. As it turned out, I could not get to the original goal of a silver/grey transformation, but the palette Christine created using different shades of blond blends perfectly with the grey outgrowth. I have had so many complements on how beautiful my hair looks. All thanks to Christine's expertise. I highly recommend her services and I could not be happier with the results! read more

We started with a consultation where she really listened to what I wanted and created a plan that worked for both my budget and the health of my hair, which I really appreciated. I wish there were more stars to give because Christine deserves more. She is the most incredibly talented hair stylist. Christine has been doing my hair and my mother's hair for over 20 years and she now also does my five year old daughter's hair as well. I drive an hour just so she can do my hair because I don't trust anyone else. There isn't anyone that I would trust to do the job right not just the first time, but every time. Give Christine a try, you won't be disappointed. Whether you need a simple trim or coloring (which by the way she is an expert colorist too) or you need to look extra special for an event then Christine is the right person to trust. So I paid 280 plus I tipped 40 almost 320 for an incomplete service and not leave with my hair like I deserved when I walked out. It was misleading in the end so I won't be coming back. Everything else was ok just the mere fact that I go to a salon to get my hair done for a partial and haircut yet they do a half job towards the end knowing how hard it is to bring a baby. I was disappointed that I had to rush home to blow dry the rest of my hair when I paid $320 to have them Do it. Please don't do this to customers if you don't have time or let them reschedule when they want to avoid these things. Lauren was my hair dresser she was nice but I felt like I paid too much to not have my hair blow dried
