She takes the time out to get acquainted with each customer so she can recommend the best service for them. When I first met her I booked online for a lamination service but when she saw me in person she knew my eyebrows couldn't handle it just yet. She explained why it wouldn't work and suggested a different service. Ashlee even sent me home with a couple of small containers of castor oil that day to help get my eyebrows to a better state. I've been very happy with her services and will continue to work with her for future eyebrow/wax appointments.

I asked did she have an appointment or something because I've been sitting here waiting the lady stated she was there an hour prior.
