They're unprofessional and mess up services like piercings horribly. At one point, the lady gave me the piercing gun to fix her mistake myself after she screwed up. They charge a crazy amount for horrible work. Prices are misquoted and they do not own up to their mistakes. Not recommended at all. read more

I've been coming here for years. When i come they usually have a sign in sheet today they did not. I patiently waited as there were 3 people in front of me. And the threaders asked who's next as they finished their last customer. The last person who was in front of me was checking out so i was supposed to be next. A lady then walks in and the threader who was supposed to service me told her to sit in her chair. I asked did she have an appointment or something because I've been sitting here waiting the lady stated she was there an hour prior. Again with no sign in sheet how was i supposed to know that i just wasted my time waiting for there to be no professionalism or courtesy I will never ever go back and would not recommend as a they just do whatever they please for their other customers read more

A very established salon. Love how they accept walk-ins, even for waxing appointments. Also love how a full leg wax is only $32?? They use hot roll-on wax (not melted beads like "high-end" places), but it got the job done! The last time I got my eyebrows done they were horrible so I came here after reading all the great reviews. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I told her I just wanted them touched up no thinning or new shape cause I like my shape and it took me forever to grow them back out after the last time I got them done. I didn't get her name but she ruined my eyebrows and didn't use any kind of cooling gel. If I wanted the same messed up eyebrows I would have gone back to the old place. And now once again i'll have to grow them out even longer now since she basically shaved off my eyebrows and made them super thin. WILL NOT BE RETURNING read more

This was my first time stopping in here after visiting the beauty supply store next door. I walked in 5ms before they closed not knowing the time until I looked at the door, but the "OPEN" light and door was still on. They refused to service me. I mean in all honesty I understand it's Friday and you wanna go home, but you should never refuse a paying customer. There were 6 workers in there... one sitting down and the rest just standing around while one of them balanced the drawer. Rule of thumb.. if you're CLOSED and wanna go home early... turn your light off on the outside and LOCK the door. Especially if you're counting money openly. I visited this location for my prom hair and makeup. The staff was super friendly and I was seated in less than 5 minutes. The salon was clean and tidy. Originally, I went in to get my prom hair and makeup but Salima (the owner) suggested I get a face polish to brighten up my skin! At first I respectively rejected but she eased my mind and told me the face-mask wouldn't do anything to harm my skin. The bleach was a white substance which the co-worker had applied. She told me if I felt discomfort to let her know and she would kindly take the mask off. To my surprise, the face polish made my skin smooth and lighter! Then I showed another co-worker how I wanted my hair. I thought my hair would turn out like Shirley Temple! The lady would stop and ask me if this is want I wanted and then continue. I could tell she totally got the idea that my hair HAD to be perfect! Occasionally the owner kept checking back in to make sure my hair was exactly like the picture I showed. My hair could not have been more perfect. After my hair, Salima did my makeup. I'm not a fan of makeup and I don't care too much for it. Salima tested soooo many colors on her hand that her hand looked like a pallete! I showed her my dress and we picked out the colors together. She was so helpful. I told her I wanted a natural look and not too much makeup. It took almost an hour and a half to finish! I didn't have have to do any touch ups the entire night. I definitely recommend this salon the coworkers and owner are so nice and pay attention to what you want! read more

This salon offers many services but I only come here for waxing. They do everything you need to get done. I like it because they take their time and they are thorough. They will make sure that they got every little piece off of you. There was only one girl who was mean but all of the rest are good. I have not gotten any other services done here because when it comes to threading I will only go do one lady who I have been going to for the past 6 years. The owner is nice.
