It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and came to this place with bad and good reviews. Pricing is fine... Walked in and the lady was finishing up with someone else, I signed in and waited, I was next in line. Mentioned to her it was my first time and she just tried to make me feel at ease, but that did not help the pain! Felt like someone was mowing my eyebrows haha, either way, it was quick and painful and I'm happy with the outcome because I cannot do a job like threading can... I gave both these ladies $2 tips and when I got in my car and talked with my sister about our experience this day I wish I could have gone back and got that money back just because they didn't deserve it but all I can do it make this post so others can stop giving them business. I've been coming to this place for years I loved it in highschool but after my main threading lady left about 4 years ago this place went started to suck! The first time I started hating it was because a lady pointed out my religious bracelet and maybe she was making conversation and it was just her accent but she was talking to me about it weird, she also talked shit about my hair literally talked shit because she said it was ugly like straight up called it ugly and damaged 3 times cuz the ends were split because I bleached it aaaand she messed up my eye brows. A whole year later I went back to try them out again and I'm pretty sure it was the same woman but she left my eye brows as a totally new ugly af shape and I kept and maintained my pretty eyebrows myself the whole year. I didn't go back for two years but I decided I wanted to get my eye brows shaped again because I wanted them to be really cleaned up nice. My sister and I went together to get our eye brows done and when the second lady came to start my sisters they obviously started talking in their language about us. It was the fastest and least painful experience I've ever had and I even told her that when I got up. She didn't trim or pluck my hairs to clean it up good but I just thought wow maybe they look good like this obviously this is her job I should trust this woman because my eyebrows are pretty nice either way they just need to be cleaned up. And she didn't even dust off the other eyebrows or give me a mirror to check or even ask if I liked it. When I got up to pay the lady asked me twice if it was JUST EYEBROWS?? The second time she said "no lip for her?" I was shocked and annoyed but I just continued to pay. I still tipped both ladies $2 each just cuz I wanted them to maybe feel a little bad about being such bitches to us. When we got in the car I told my sister I felt like they were bitches and rude and she agreed. Then we both looked at our eyebrows and noticed that they weren't that clean and had all those eyebrow hairs all over our faces. I always go to the Aisha's on Hillcroft but sometimes it is hard to make it out that way from where I live. I tried out this location and it was not an experience I would like to have. I got my eyebrows threaded and was cut like never before. I have sensitive skin and I always let the ladies know before getting it done. I would have waited to go to the only lady I always go to but I had an event and really needed to get threaded. I left with cuts and my eyebrows were uneven. It took about 2 months for my regular lady to get my shape back. read more

Mixed review! I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded and can't complain about it. They do what they have to do. I decided to try out their facials and scheduled an appointment. I left my appointment disappointed. This wasn't my first facial, and it was not as good as my past experiences at other places. It wasn't relaxing or enjoyable. I had no idea what the lady was doing. It just felt like she was rubbing a lot of lotion all over my face. I was left in the room with something on my face and some loud timer went off for at least a minute before someone returned. They put something else on my face, turned the lights off and left me there again. No idea for how long I was going to be left. I finally got comfortable and someone came in and switched the bright lights on. She patted whatever was on my face off with tissue and said, "all done!" I can go on, and on... Long story short... Get your threading here, but I don't recommend the facials at all. read more

I've been a loyal customer to The Woodlands location, but I've moved so I'm live yelping this as it happens because I've grown my eyebrows out for a month, and so help me if I need to drive those extra ten miles back, next time I will. Since I've entered, everyone kind of looked at me like, "Well...?" And I'm awkward so that's okay. There were three people in front of me...now there's two. I've been sitting here for say....eight minutes now? Not too bad. Eyebrow threading is a serious matter. It's kind of quiet; no music or anything so just bring your phone and pretend to talk to yourself or text yourself...play a game about crushing candy, whatever your vice is. Well I'm finished and my eyebrows are snatched, honey! I guess my name was in the computer because once I said my first name the rest popped into their computer. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about 4 years now. You would think they would get the chance to know me but they never did. My eyebrows are ok at best. I only go here because they are close and affordable. My biggest pet peeve is when I hand someone my money and then they put my change or card on the counter instead of back in my hand. I love Shazia at the Veterans Memorial location! She is meticulous in her craft and does only what I ask her to do. I've been seeing her for years now and trust her wholeheartedly to do a great job. They are reasonably priced too - $7 for eyebrows and for $3 more you can get your upper lip threaded also. read more

I've been a loyal customer to the Veterans location and I love it. The ladies know me by name and they make me feel like family. I have my two favorite ladies that I trust. They have a rewards card that they can punch which will earn you a free service after 10 visits. They also have an app that does the same thing if you don't think you can keep up with a card. I've been to different places and this place is very consistent with my results so that's what keeps me coming back. Love this place! read more

This was my first time at Aisha's and was disappointed. I had gone here because I recently moved to Houston and I have previously only visited Indian salons for facial threading or waxing services. This salon follows all COVID protocols which was good and is clean and hygienic. I had a bad experience with the lady who was assigned to me for my eyebrows threading and facial waxing. She was very speedy and not at all gentle with my face. Threading of eyebrows turned out decent although she didn't bother to check with me about it! She was extremely rough while waxing my upper-lip, cheeks and chin areas. My skin as a result is agitated and on the following day, I started breaking out around my chin. Facial skin is usually soft and sensitive and it is not professional to be in this much of a hurry with any facial service. After that, they waxed my hands which was decent. read more

Date Attended: 12/10/2016 This place is clean and has a nice sophisticated look to it on the inside. I had an event last Saturday evening, but had to drop off my sister at a special training for her job near Veteran's Memorial. Because it was a long drive from my house to her training place, I decided to look for a nearby spot to have my facial needs served. I'll be honest with you guys...I usually get full-face threading done because I tend to get a lot of fuzzy facial hair and I feel extremely self conscious if I don't get it removed...Anyway, everyone was nice and sweet to me. The lady who helped me talked to me and massaged my face after the service. I have zero complaints about this place. They are all very professional. The only thing is I paid $30 vs. the $20 I usually pay for the same service at my go-to salon on Hillcroft. read more

The receptions was nice and friendly but the lady that treading my eyebrows was very very Rude and she was Rough she was rushing trying to get finish. I told her it hurting me and she press down even more . I was on her chair no more then 5 minutes. I really just wanted to walk out but it would look funny with one eyebrow not done. Another lady was getting the same services and was still being work on and she had started before me. She was fully aware that I was not pleased at all. I was not happy with the services my eyebrows red puffy and hurting. As I was paying for the service she try telling me about there Tuesday special and there app. I told here I know about your specials and I have the app but I will not be returning here. This is by far the worst wax I have ever had. I only came here because my normal wax salon was a bit of a drive and I was on a tight schedule. I called in advance to make an appointment for a leg waxing and was told that I could come in 20 minutes. I show up and everyone there is on a "lunch break". Waited 20 minutes before someone finally finished their break. She only removed about half the hair that was on my legs. This place was recommended by a client of mine and I was sceptical because the last 2 times I've gotten my brows threaded it was painful. It was very quiet and basic inside but a steady stream of people came in for eyebrow threading while I was there. The wait was short which was a plus. The lady told me I could sit in the chair and I told her my brow lady moved and I didn't want them too thin. I leaned back and was surprised that it wasn't super painful at all. She had a very gentle hand, was quick, and efficient! What more could you ask for?! She finished up by trimming my brows and I was very happy with my overall experience. You can't beat it for $8. I found my new brow place and new brow girl. I will be coming back here from now on. They also have a loyalty card. read more

After months of growing out my eyebrows due to an incident in which they got butchered by the "competition" I came here to get them redone. This isn't my first time visiting this location, so I knew what to expect which was an excellent threading job. My usual Shazia wasn't available, she is AWESOME, so I tried out Nafisa and I was not disappointed. She does a wonderful job and exactly how you ask, definitely going to be my go to girl. read more

I've been to this location and hand few of times and haven't been happy with the results. I only went when the other place I go to wasn't open. The results aren't bad but I always end up leaving cut up, the ladies I usually get aren't the most gentle and on a few occasions they would answer and speak on the phone as they were doing my eyebrows which isn't the most professional. I stopped going after they left one of my eyebrows significantly thinner and even after trying to match them both up still couldn't get it right. And the fact that I still had to pay was with final straw for me. read more

I looked at their website and made appointment for facial and head massage, I had a very high expectation of this place..unfortunately my facial was not relaxing due to loud talking, loud music, doors slamming!....lady who were doing my facial left me twice in between dong my face scrub and massage for attending phone calls. So I decided not to have head massage in this kind of atmosphere.. The service was terrible..Customer service was ..average. extremely unprofessional, would not recommend this location to anyone. I have been a long time customer but as of today they lost 3 customers. After 20 minutes waiting for a facial I was told they could not do much facial because they were getting busy. I brought my sister and my mom to get eyebrows done because highly recommended them but they lost 3 customers because of the carelessness of these 2 employees. Aisha's just opened another location @ 25701 I-45 N #2 The Woodlands, Tx 77070. I went to the one @ veterans memorial from spring, now this location is much much closer, thank u, i get my facial done by Shamsa, she is awesome, very joyful person and she is very knowlegable of the products and her hands is just amazing when she starts massaging my face, it is so nice to see someone like her just enjoying what she does.
