I initially spoke with someone in the shop name Tu who told me he would have a tech redo my heels and he scheduled an appointment for me. Several hours later he called back saying that Mary and her son that were there the day of my service basically lied and denied everything that transpired the day that I had my service. Mary was rude and unprofessional that day and I see she is a big liar. The management upholds the employees and also attributes their rude and unprofessional behavior as a misunderstanding of culture. I would advise not to use this business!

She took her time to do good quality work while still working quickly. I asked fit a specific design and she delivered. The facilities themselves were very nice and clean. I told the technician from the beginning that I hadn't touched my nails in 6 months because they were finally healthy after past damage and fungal issues from improperly applied tips (all of them!) I only stopped here because of their hours, but I truly wish I hadn't. Despite sharing my concerns, including past issues with fungus due to tips not being glued properly, I was completely dismissed. The technician's "solution" was to just add glue after the nails were already done. Does not help! It's careless. There was no accountability, and no effort to truly listen. These nails are not worth $90 (Basic pink full set). I feel ripped off--both in time and money! Now I have to waste even more time getting them removed and hope I don't end up with more damage or another infection. I kept my cool during the appointment, but I walked out feeling completely unheard and taken advantage of. Never again! You can choose basic, spa, etc. They keep an assortment of polishes so most likely they have your color choice. The salon is very sanitary and they clean and disinfect all the instruments in between uses. No kids under 10 allowed in store. If you are looking for a kiddy manicure, you may want to go elsewhere. They do offer eyebrow shaping and other services.
