Really loved that this place is right up the street from me. I have a girl I usually go to somewhere else but I wanted somewhere closer and they had good reviews so I gave them a try. Went here for a gel French manicure. The gentleman that did my nails was in such a hurry. This is not my first gel manicure on natural nails. When he applied the polish he only put one coat on the white tips. Should have said something but I didn't (shame on me) so 50 dollars later and a 20 minute gel manicure I left. So now 1 week later my nails are breaking and tearing off left and right. I am not new to this. I have my nails done every 2 weeks at home and this never happens. Guess they want natural nails to rip off so I'll get acrylic nails!! NOPE. I Will never spend another dime here. They don't care about the treatments they are doing. This is my 4th visit and 2nd time getting my nails done at Noire! My first time coming in was to get my eyebrows done. Let me tell you if you ever need to get your eyebrows done, this is your place! Not only do they do it amazing and have years of experience, but they helped me fix my eyebrow problem from a wax job done wrong at a business in Brentwood. For nails, I came in today with my cuticles peeled, nails ALLL different lengths and 3 of my nails bleeding from bad shape. (My job requires I use my hands a lot and recently they took a huge toll) I have a vacation coming up and wanted my nails to look nice. I considered canceling because of how bad my hands looked, but fear not they had me covered!!! This was my first time using DIP powder and WOW! I might be hooked! I definitely want to come back and do dip again because my hands looks BEAUTIFUL! This was without the soak, scrub and lotion too! Just a basic dip job and this looks amazing! Thank you to the person who did my nails and recommended I do dip to make my nails look healthier! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made a reservation online for the same day and so had no wait.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Carly did my pedicure and I chose the deluxe $50 option, and then did the $20 up charge for gel. It's relatively new so everything was nice and clean and the chair was a nice massage chair that functioned properly. The music was great- early 00's throwback which I really enjoyed. The products used were nice and left my skin feeling smooth. The color was perfect and I will definitely be back. read more

Pros: Today's visit consisted of a full set of gel x nails. I asked for a cuticle clean up which was an extra $10. I showed them an inspiration picture, and I'm very pleased with the results. I also normally enjoy coming here for pedicures. The salon has a nice atmosphere and is kept clean. Tony was the nail tech. Con: Today there were a couple of guests that came in to get pedicures. They both had young children with them, and they let their children run around completely miss behaved. The kids were on the other side of the salon screaming and crying and one even broke something of the salon's property. The mothers seemed completely unfazed. People come here to get away from all the noise and have some relaxing time. If you know you have difficult children, leave them at home. This is nothing to do with the salon itself. Since this place is at the Tanger Outlet I knew it would be a mater of time before this would happen. read more

This was my first experience, and it is a very nice and clean place overall with nice staff. I had an older guy as my nail tech and after prepping, I asked if he could trim the excess skin/cuticle that was still remaining with a cuticle nipper instead after using the drill bit because using the drill bit any further to do so usually makes my fingers bleed. He proceeded to still use the drill saying no worries, and literally less than a minute later both of my fingers were bleeding to the point where he had to use a "skin protector" to stop it from bleeding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I still had no problem but what sent me was when I asked could I please wash my hands he said no and proceeded to use the nail buffer and brush, ON MY BLOODY FINGERS.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was nothing waiting to be dried, he wasn't even painting at this point so I was confused as to why I couldn't wash my hands, when ever other nail tech was letting everybody wash their hands.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to ask twice to wash my hands, and couldn't wash them until it was time to pay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was my first experience and I hate he ruined it but they are still a convenient place. read more

I orginally left a review on Google. I have never visited a salon in 30 years that turn you away an hour before closing. If your business hours state to 6 pm then you should not stop taking customers at 5pm. Maybe you should change your business hours to 5pm on Sunday since you want to leave ​promptly at 6pm. Business hours are falsely advertised. Owner insulted my honesty and integrity by replying I arrived at 5:30pm, in which i arrived at 5pm was greeted at 5:02pm and left after questioning why i couldnt get a 30min pedicure at 5:05pm. Focus on respecting the reviews and making it right and not calling people a liar!!! read more
