While I was looking for a particular product for my hair, a representative stood behind me and watched me the whole time. She was propped up on the shelf and it was clear as day what she was doing. No customer service provided either. I went into the store with my credit card and phone in hand and was wearing gym attire that was fitted and had no pockets. I have never experienced this in my life.
