Been to this location a couple of times. You can make an appointment or walk in. The staff are always helpful and nice. There usually isn't a wait and its affordable. They wipe down the chairs and also include aloe afterwards if you need it. I will keep coming back. read more

Veerpal is my dedicated eyebrow threader. I always make an appointment with her. She does a fantastic job per my request of making my eyebrows clean, slight arch, but still masculine. As a guy, eyebrow threading hurts but the pain is worth it. She's very professional and always offers me cooling gel which I always say yes to. read more

I was looking for a place to bring my partner for their eyebrow threading, and were very glad we came here. Veerpal did a wonderful job shaping and cleaning their brows. She listened to my partners preferences, didn't rush, and looked at pictures of what they looked like before to help guide her work. The place was clean, bright, and overall calming. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon and we were able to have them seated right away. Absolutely would recommend Veerpal. The service itself was affordable, and we tipped cash. In total it came to $18 (with tip). Trying a new eyebrow place can be stressful but it was a breeze. We will definitely come back for Veerpal. read more

I love coming to this location! Everyone is so kind but my go to stylist is Veerpal and she is the sweetest! She has great attention to detail, takes her time, is respectful, and very knowledgeable! I've been going to a different salon for the past couple of years and I had been so loyal to them, then due to some difficulties I had to try beauty by thread and after reading the reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Veerpal. And let me tell you, the reviews did not disappoint along with her work. I stopped going to my old salon and now I visit Veerpal every other month. I left crying they were so cold and careless. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got my eyebrows threaded by Vernpal and she was incredibly unprofessional. 1. She kept blowing on my face with her mouth to get lose eyebrows off my face. 2. She did 0 skin prep or cooling. I had to ask. 3. She keep getting my hair caught in the threading, it's my experience that eyebrow people typically try and pull your hair back if it's in there way, not just work over it causing horrible pain. 4. I asked for a clean up and she completely thinned my hairs out. This isn't the early 2000's. That style may work for some people but if I ask to only clean up... only clean up. Or let me know if more is needed to get the affect I want. read more

I've tried multiple Beauty By Thread locations and so far this location has been my favorite out of all of them. First off, scheduling an appointment is a breeze. All I have to do is click a few buttons and BAM the appointment is scheduled. So easy and sooo efficient. Second, can we just talk about Raima? She's beyond sweet and so refreshing to talk to. Not only that, but her work speaks for itself. She's been doing this kind of work for 10 years and she's such a pro! I have really thick brows and I told her that I wanted to thin my brows out a little. She explained and showed me how they'd turn out. I ended up telling her I trusted her judgement and I'm so glad I did! My brows ended up looking so nice and it suited my face shape very well. Lastly, they are taking their COVID precautions very seriously. I constantly see them sanitize and checking temperatures. I'm soo glad that they are taking these precautions seriously and that makes me feel much safer going in after my appointment. :) read more

During my most recent appointment, a noticeable portion of the front of my eyebrow was threaded off. As soon as she finished, I immediately told her that my eyebrow had been messed up and that a large part of the front had been taken off. Her response was, "Oh, I see, but it's only a little bit," and I was offered just $2 off. What may seem like "a little bit" to someone else is not a little bit when it is your face. Eyebrows take time to grow back, and they play a huge role in a person's confidence and appearance. I felt completely dismissed and like my concerns were not being taken seriously. What hurt the most was that nobody apologized while I was there. Nobody acknowledged how upset I was. Nobody offered to make it right. I still paid for the service and left feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly heartbroken. I ended up crying afterward because I was so unhappy with the outcome and how the situation was handled. The only reason the issue was eventually addressed was because I reached out afterward myself. After contacting the business, I did receive an apology and was offered a refund, which I appreciate. However, I wish that same level of care, concern, and accountability had been shown while I was actually sitting in the chair and checking out. Word of advice, I will not be returning. I truly hope that moving forward, long term customers are treated with more respect, understanding, and sympathy when concerns are brought up. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds in those moments matters just as much as the mistake itself. I hope no one else has to leave feeling the way I did.

I had a great experience getting my eyebrows done at Beauty By Thread. The shop was very clean and smelled really nice, which made the environment feel comfortable and welcoming right away. The music was good and the overall vibe was relaxing. The check-in system was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. Gurleen did my brows and she was very friendly, patient, and really listened to the details of how I wanted them shaped. She took her time and made sure everything looked right. Raima is THE BEST when it comes to my brows!! I had let them grow through quarantine and thought I was adept at maintaining them myself (spoiler: I was NOT)....but when I first came in Raima was incredibly informative and helpful in showing me how she would fix them; she was super transparent about the timeline of growing them back and what she would do to keep them as neat as possible throughout the process. I have been going to get my eyebrows threaded for about a year maybe 2. This location is always clean and beautiful. I always have my eyebrows done by Sam. She is AMAZING! I have previous botched microblading which she has been able to neutralize the color with henna when I want a fuller looking brow. I have never been to an esthetician that offers threading.
