The ladies always do a fantastic job on my eyebrows, and they are usually all very sweet. I know that they no longer stamp their old stamp cards, however I had a fully stamped card that I found. I went in today hoping it would be honored, but the worker stated they no longer accept stamp cards. Bummer. I understand not giving out stamps anymore because they switched over to an electronic points system, but I thought they would take the card. I've been coming here since I was a teenager, I'm now in my late 20's. I don't think I will be coming back because that was a complete let down. read more

I would not go here. I never rate businesses this low, however, the experience was very bad. My neck was not being supported in the chair so I had to hold my head up basically the whole time and it was straining my neck - so unformfortable and almost painful! She gave me the mirror and then immediately walked to the cash register. I was also the only person in there at the time and I felt like I was being rushed to pay so I didn't feel like I had time to look at my eyeborws very careful or maybe it was bad lighting. So I walked to the register and instead of just paying she had me type in all my info on their screen. Then she was starting at the screen when it asked how much to tip so I felt pressured to tip even though it was the worst experience ever. Then I paid and it had a survery at the end and before I could press my response she pulled the screen away and gave herself the highest rating... I went to the car and examined my eye brows close and saw there were still multiple long hairs in the middle, between the two brows. I debated going back in but since I paid and gave her a tip I asked for her to fix it, which she seemed annoyed... Mind you, there is still no one else in there. She fixed my brows and didn't talk to me and seemed very cold. Not a good experience at all and very bad vibes. I debated writing this review for 3 months because I don't like speaking poorly, however, the fact that it is still on my mind made me feel the need to write a review so that others don't go there. read more

I normally get my eyebrows threaded by Sangita -- she's amazing and always does a great job. I have missed her my last couple of walk ins and recently gotten my eyebrows done by a lady named Ruby (according to the tablet). My experience with her was disappointing. She rested her knuckles on my face while threading, which felt uncomfortable, and kept pulling out hair from my scalp in the process. She didn't even try to make my eyebrows look alike, they're both different shapes. I have been going to this salon for 10 years now and I've never had such a bad experience until now. If Ruby is the only one available the next time I go, I'll have to pass and try again another day -- I don't want to go through that again. I miss Sangita :( read more

Run dont walk away! I received an eyebrow tint and laminate and had a horrible experience. There was very little explanation as to expectations or what was happening, which should have been a red flag. The images online look nothing like my final product. My eyebrows were at least an inch and half difference in height and one started near my nose and the other was almost an inch and half up and much further over. I look like a clown. I immediately told her my concerns to which she said it looked different when i was laying down and thats just my eyebrow shape. Im horrified to go to work next week as it looks like someone drew prank eyebrows on me at a frat party. I bawled on my way out. My husband was shocked to hear i paid, none the less full price. Honestly I used to love coming to this place, but yesterday I went in and there was a young woman who did my full face. I even told her I was 7 months pregnant and that I'm getting my eyebrows done after a very long time. I called in to schedule an appointment and she did my threading on time, BUT as she was doing my face, the Palour got busy and she got very VERY rough and was rushing, I could sense her panic. She missed a lot of places on my face including my lower lip and patches on my side cheek. I didn't even have time to check in the mirror because she just ran to the cashier to bill me. I even tipped her 20 percent merely because I liked my previous visits to the place. I got home and I was in pain. My face was Burning whole day and I kept applying aloe Vera gel from Walgreens. This morning I woke up and I'm just shocked!!! JUST LOOK AT MY CHEEKS!!!! She's literally scarred my face and I have my baby shower this week ! I wish I could give no stars. Anytime you come here, your eyebrows will get thinned out. She does NOT listen to any requests. She will do exactly the opposite! Four of my friends, my mother and I all dealt with the same issue. She makes one eyebrow lower or uneven, thins them, and is way more harsh on you than others. It infuriates me because people grow their eyebrows out to get them perfect and she thins them every time. I went to perfection by thread, next to KP, and she says this is common! This is happening so consistently! I hope this place gets new workers or learns how to shape without thinning. read more

I love this place! Raj is my go-to gal for upper lip threading. It takes her about a minute and I never leave with red, irritated skin. The hair usually takes a month to grow back, give or take a little, depending on the weather. I briefly left Raj to go to Beauty By Thread down the street and it was a huge mistake! The same one minute threading job she does takes them 5 minutes. They keep rubbing the thread against your skin, even when the hair is gone, which only makes your skin red and extremely irritated. After my last experience at Beauty By Thread, I vowed to never go back there and to come back to Raj, instead, who I've been going to faithfully ever since. read more

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time. It was embarrassing for me because I had been growing my brows for over 3 months. And they definitely took care of me. I came in as a walk-in and was seen super quickly. I even came back 2 days later after the redness calmed down, because my eyebrows were just a tad uneven and there were a few stragglers but she took care of me at no additional cost. I have thick but managed eyebrows, always have. I went in to get a CLEAN UP...she shows me the mirror, pencil fucking thin! Literally pencil thin! & they weren't even even. You literally have one job. I've never had to use brow fill in products in my life, but right when I left I rushed to ulta and bought my 1st brow fill in and looks like I'm gonna be using it for a while. This was my first time coming here and my first time getting my brows threaded after quarantine. I had my mask on and the sign on the front door also stated a mask must be worn to enter the establishment which I appreciated. The lady threading my eyebrows was very clean and my brows turned out stunning. I can't remember but I think they costed $10 or $9 not 100% sure.
