I had stopped at another salon first and couldn't wait any longer, so I called Crystal's Nails and was relieved they had no wait! when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. Cindy helped me with an acrylic removal, and she was incredibly professional, friendly, and gentle, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and taking her time with each nail. She even made sure my natural nails were neatly filed so everything looked clean afterward. The service was quick, affordable, and stress free, and the level of care I received really stood out. The place was clean and spacious and every seemed really nice. For the service it was only $20 and I tipped her $15. With such great customer service and attention to detail, I'll definitely be coming back, especially to Cindy. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! read more

i've been coming to Crystal nails and spa for over five years and within the past couple years I started using Nani as my nail tech and she is wonderful. She does an awesome job on my nails. They always last a very, very long time. Very good quality. I use buildable gel for my nails and it is the most long lasting gel out there in my experience. Everyone is great at the nail place. I've used many of nail techs over the years. I love it. It's a great place I definitely recommend. read more

The last time I felt this good after a massage was when I received the BEST massage in Thailand. Not even 5 minutes into my massage with Sue, I was breathing heaaaaaavy, not because it hurt in a bad way - but b/c it hurt SO good! Sue was able to find every single knot that was causing major tension in my back. I truly felt a major release once my massage was complete ... I can't wait to see her again for my next session! I scheduled an appointment with Jessica a few nights ago as I was grabbing chinese take out. . I recently went to Vegas, and had my nails done but in the last 2 weeks I've had so may issues with them. Jessica stated that she could help me and told me what her plans would be for me , when I came in . She removed all the bad work the other place did and started over. She used a Clear gel. Lots of curing and shaping. And painted them with a light pink color and then brushed them with chrome dust. They are so pretty. Next time I come in I will be getting the white gel and still go over with the white pearl chrome. She said these will last 4-6 weeks !

I am beyond impressed as this was my very first facial and lash extension service that I've had. I opted for the classic facial, which was an hour long. It was phenomenal!! Vivian met with me and assessed my skin. Went over areas that needed a little more TLC. Imagine an hour of face and Temple massaging with the ultimate moisturizing and cleansing. Also had a face mask with light treatment after the first hour I was whisked to the next area where I had classic long lashes put in. It was about a two hour service, but it was so relaxing just to lay there you could practically fall asleep.. with so many options of styles and lengths. Vivian recommended classic long versus the wet and wispy that I had originally requested as my eye shape and size would be more flattering. I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. She is a fabulous aesthetician and knows her stuff I will for sure be back!!

Bee had done my nails. I was really appreciative that she took her time and made sure I got what I wanted. She was really nice and gentle with my hands and fingers. I also appreciated her, letting me change my design before she got started because I was a little iffy with the price. There was no issues whatsoever, although when we did need a bit of help picking a color for my French tip, Lala stepped in and gave us a good recommended color, which was nice and it turned out to be good.

I cannot express my love for this place. They treat me so well like family. My friends and I always come here to get our girls day mani pedis on. I recommend their signature pedicure since it does get cold and they have a hot stone massage with paraffin hot wax and lots and lots of bubbles! It feels extra clean because of their newly added plastic liners so you don't have to worry about bacteria or foot fungus. The best part is that I feel they have everything just for me and I don't have to share sea scrubs and masks that other salons keep in their gigantic bottles using the same scoop each time for everybody. Similarly, each time they use the nail tools they have it pre sanitized and they are sealed in a bag which they tear right in front of you. It doesn't matter how busy they are they still take time to do the job right for you. I would 10/10 recommend this place. Also, before you leave ask for the file and buffer since they'll throw it away anyways! read more

From the moment I sit down until my service is finished, he keeps the conversation going and makes the entire experience enjoyable. Pom is hands down the best nail stylist around! Not only are his nail skills unmatched, but he also makes every appointment so enjoyable with great conversation and such a welcoming vibe. He pays attention to every detail, takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect, and always leaves my nails looking amazing. It's rare to find someone this talented who also makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed during your appointment. I always leave happy and getting compliments on my nails. Just had my nails done here by Hanna. She was absolutely amazing! I scheduled for 2 weeks before I left just to make sure I would get her again. I have been to 3 other shops in the past few months and just couldn't get what I wanted. She nailed it on my first visit. Absolutely love the job she did plus she was super nice. She took her time and got it exactly right. Finally found a nail place and lady I can trust. Felt like she under charged me too. The shop itself is clean and just beautiful. Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming here from now on! read more

This is the dirtiest worst nail shop in all of Rancho Cordova whatever you do, do not sit at CHAIR NUMBER 7!!! she is disgustingly rude she is racist. She talks about you the entire time she does a rush job will take your money and not provide the correct service. I also seen a ROACH crawling on the manicure table completely disgusting ! If I can give them zero stars I would. This is the worst nail shop in ALL Rancho Cordova I repeat, do not go there !!! read more

Pom, the owner, does a phenomenal job at delivering what if being asked of him in manicures, full sets, and pedicures. I highly recommend him and the entire salon as they have great customer service and hospitality. Here's just one example of his work, he truly makes sure that the customer is in satisfaction and encourages you to speak up if something isn't correctly executed. read more

Today was the first day I have ever cried getting my nails done. I cried out of happiness because they look so amazing. I recommend Linda, she took her time on each nail making sure they were all perfect and exactly the same length. I trusted her to do whatever she wanted and I'm so pleased with the outcome. Love Crystal Nails! I have had my nails done by several different employees, and they are all great! I never have any lifting in the corners like I have had with many other salons. My nails still look great even after 3 weeks! The only thing that I don't like is that they charge $30 for a fill! That is too much. Should be less than $20. read more

I am a regular at Crystal Nails and Linda is my lady and she is terrific. I have been seeing her for many years and she takes good care of me. She does both my fill and pedicure and she is amazing! They are really good at taking in walk in's and almost no wait. They are very clean and its a relaxing place. read more
