I walked out feeling egg like, but after washing, and styling on my own I was a little happier with it. Unfortunately, in my opinion, having your hair cut is an intimate experience where meshing with your stylist is important (at least to me) and it all felt very impersonal. It felt rather rushed, and at times I felt the blade get stuck in my hair because too much was being cut with very swift motions. I have thick hair, and smaller pieces are best to work a blade through. I am grateful to have been fit in sooner, to have cut off my hair, but I give the hair cutting aspect a 3/5.

She text me back a day later apologizing and asking for another chance but I'm never coming back. If I were to go back after that it would just send the message that what she did was forgivable and it's not. Not sure if she has done it to any other clients but please don't take that chance.
