I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which is why this experience was so disappointing and hurtful. During my most recent appointment, a noticeable portion of the front of my eyebrow was threaded off. As soon as she finished, I immediately told her that my eyebrow had been messed up and that a large part of the front had been taken off. Her response was, "Oh, I see, but it's only a little bit," and I was offered just $2 off. What may seem like "a little bit" to someone else is not a little bit when it is your face. Eyebrows take time to grow back, and they play a huge role in a person's confidence and appearance. I felt completely dismissed and like my concerns were not being taken seriously. What hurt the most was that nobody apologized while I was there. Nobody acknowledged how upset I was. Nobody offered to make it right. I still paid for the service and left feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly heartbroken. I ended up crying afterward because I was so unhappy with the outcome and how the situation was handled. The only reason the issue was eventually addressed was because I reached out afterward myself. After contacting the business, I did receive an apology and was offered a refund, which I appreciate. However, I wish that same level of care, concern, and accountability had been shown while I was actually sitting in the chair and checking out. Word of advice, I will not be returning. I truly hope that moving forward, long term customers are treated with more respect, understanding, and sympathy when concerns are brought up. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds in those moments matters just as much as the mistake itself. I hope no one else has to leave feeling the way I did. read more

I have been to this business many many times. The owner seems to be running the place on her own and she is a lovely friendly person. The reason for two stars is because the heavy incense she uses. They are so strong I can feel difficult to breathe. They don't smell bad but the smell really hits you like a brick wall. Next- after going there every two weeks for two years she ruined my eyebrows so bad that I walked out and cried to my bf. They were so thin and uneven. She took too much off the bottom and middle and they were also extremely rounded instead of angled. Fortunately they did grow back but I will never come back here after that. read more

Went here yesterday and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I used to get my eyebrows done at the Sunrise Mall, but stopped going bc it was always such a long wait time and the service wasn't consistent. I would walk out with different shaped brows every time I sat in a new threader's chair. Jas is located inside a hair salon next to Big 5 Sporting Goods. Leaning lesson: never cheat on your good eyebrow place. Today I did and regretted it so so much! So I walked in to Jas Eyebrow threading, I was able to get helped right away - that's where the positive stops. I was very clear that I don't want thin eyebrows. I walked out with thin eyebrows that were totally uneven. One thinner than the other. I'm so upset! It looks horrible and there's no way to fix it either because then the other one would have to be thinned out as well. It took me years to grow them and they them to correct thickness and now it was ruined by me walking in to the wrong place!!! read more

Great experience! I had threading done, and my daughter got a henna tattoo. The salon is in Crestview Shopping Center. Nice and clean, with plenty of parking. The threading was proficient. Zero complaints. The tattoo artist was lovely and happily redid a section of the design after my daughter smudged it. Today is Day One, so no telling how long it will last.
