I was absolutely thrilled with the care and attention that I received during my facial at KaLis! Katia, the owner was very warm, friendly, and genuine. I let her chose the best facial treatment for me, and was happy to see that she didn't jump at the opportunity to suggest the most expensive service availbe. Quite the contrary, I received a relatively mild vitamin c facial treatment for sensitive skin which was very appropriate for me given my dermatolic history and the fact that I was new to this spa product line. The best part- Katia added in all types of complimentary services during my facial that I did not expect. She gave me a hot stone massage on my arms, massaged my scalp, "zapped" a few blemishes, and even tweezed a few stray hairs. After my facial was finished there was no pressure to buy products or reschedule for another service. Katia gave me a few product samples to use over the next month and informed me that future appointments can be scheduled if I like. One word of note, don't let the drive by appearance of this spa fool you. The spa is in a charming cape that seems like a private residence from the road. However, once you step inside you will have entered a "pamper and relaxation" oasis with a well appointed waiting area and private and soothing rooms. Take care of yourself and enjoy!

I sent her a photo of my unsatisfactory result and she immediately acknowledged the problem rather than trying to dodge the issue. She not only did all of that in a very timely fashion, but was able to volumize my fine and straight hair. I also got my eyebrows microbladed in 2019 and she completely changed their shape for the better. When I was younger, I overplucked and they never seemed to grow back. Locker rooms were such a nice touch. It's clear a lot of thought went into designing a full wellness facility. I would rate my prenatal massage very differently. More like a 3/5 which was surprising to me as I've had 10 prenatal massages total and for $160/60min, that's by far the steepest I've ever paid and walked away with a few new pains in my shoulders and back :( I'm sad about that but again, facility is great.
