These procedures are not considered soft tissue changes. I would not recommend having either of these procedures at this facility. I would also not recommend either of these surgeons, Dr. Thomas Moulthrop or Dr. Christian Jacob for either of these procedures. The facility does not have Digital Imagery, which is a communication tool, that is used to communicate your desired outcome. First nose jobs are botched 15% to 25% as a result of miscommunication between a client and their surgeon. No matter how skilled and experienced your surgeon is, he or she can't give you a good nose job if they are not clear on what you want and expect. Unfortunately, Dr. Calvin Johnson passed on his deceptive practices to these two surgeons. A picture is worth a thousand words, don't accept miscommunication as a reason for a failed procedure. Clear communication is a big deal in a personalized surgery like rhinoplasty. You do not want to fail before the surgery has started. Take the time to find a surgeon who understands the importance of communication by using proper communication tools, such as computer imaging. You will not get a second chance for a botched first surgery.
