I love my nail tech, Draxtuhi! I found her through Instagram and I was so lucky to discover she's super close to my house. I always get a Russian manicure with hard gel, and it lasts sooo long -- sometimes even a full month. Every time I get my nails done with her, I leave super happy. Her work is incredibly detailed and always looks very clean and polished. She has so many beautiful colors that it's hard to choose, but she always gives the best suggestions! Everyone at the salon speaks Armenian, and I honestly don't mind at all. Is that even heard of??? Also I'm Armenian and they must've not got the hint that I understood everything they were saying. She did a POLISH CHANGE on my feet when I got a hard gel manicure and pedicure. She removed my gel polish and went immediately after with BASE COAT when the girl next to me was getting cuticle work, toe separators, and getting a clean. Absolutely do NOT go to AISHA. Before booking, I made sure to ask for a very specific color i.e. Ferrari red. She assured me she had this specific color I was looking for a Russian manicure in Ferrari red specifically for the trip and flight she knew I was getting on that night. So she had me in a bind. I had no other options in that moment. You give a $20 deposit before she locks you in, no problem! I get there I sit down. She's showing me colors that are not DND Ferrari red I ask her do you not have Ferrari red? She then tells me "I have these colors they're better" so I go with one of her colors. Service finishes she tells me my total, typically when you give a deposit they put it towards your appointment. She does not. She takes that as her Tip. Again, no problem I work in the service industry, I understand, some people do what they have to do. 6 maybe 7 days into getting a $90 Russian manicure, my nails are chipping and peeling. There's nothing I can do while on vacation. I'm going to enjoy myself. Once I got back and settled in post trip. I dm'd her letting her know that I was back from my trip, however my nails chipped on the trip at about day 6. At this point, we are at now 10 days. Still under two weeks for Russian manicure. She tells me to come in. She says looks at the nails and says "fresh set?" And I said no I just got these done not even two weeks ago. Now instead of taking accountability for piss poor work she looks at me and says "well maybe it was what you were doing" I said I have never had my nails chip and/or peel under two weeks . She fixes them. I get ready to leave. She looks at me and says "it's five dollars a nail to be fixed." I said it hasn't even been two weeks,a regular manicure last minimum two weeks. And I asked her to make sure how long does a Russian manicure last she says "3 to 4 weeks". Unfortunately, with her work, you're looking at 3 to 4 days. So now, luckily she didn't have change so she only charged me for two nails to be fixed. And while she was fixing them, she saw peeling on another nail and you would think as a professional she would want her work to be its best and she looks at it flicks at it and keeps it moving, and I didn't even say anything because all I was thinking is, I cannot wait to go next-door to see Lynn at purity nails, but here I was trying to support other artist. And then to add insult to injury, she has the audacity to block me from Instagram because she did a terrible job. LOL! Save your time, your energy and your money and just go right next-door to purity nails. OVERALL terrible experience, terrible, professional, and terrible manicurist with a bad attitude to boot. read more

I gave Vicky (@vickyss_nails on Instagram) three chances, and every time there was a problem. My nails chipped, broke, or started lifting almost immediately after each appointment. For something you pay good money for, that kind of quality is unacceptable. The final straw was going back yesterday to fix two nails from a set I had done just last Saturday. Less than a week later, two nails were already gone. We couldn't match the original color, so now two nails are a slightly a different shade. She didn't even bother to make them symmetrical. When I asked if she could at least paint the same two nails on the other hand so they would look intentional, she told me, 'Sorry, I can't.' After driving from Santa Clarita and giving her multiple opportunities, I can confidently say it was not worth it. The work does not last, the attention to detail is lacking, and the service when there's an issue is dismissive. I would not recommend. read more

I booked with vicky and when I showed up she was ten minutes late. She asked me to go wash my hands after filing and when i went in the bathroom it was a filthy biohazard. The trash was oveflowing, there was flies, it was disgusting. The stations were also dirty and the tools did not look clean. All my nails are crooked and I 100% do not recommend coming here it's a safety hazard. read more

Drakht is the sweetest and most attentive person when it comes to nails. She takes her time, asks if it's to your liking, and makes sure you leave completely happy. I always bring in a picture of what I want done (mostly off Pinterest) and she always delivers! Once I scratched my nails cooking and told her about it. Booked Drakhtui via IG, walked in first time there. No welcome, no greeting just " what color" . I chose my color and "trusted " her social media. Right off the bat she burned my finger with her tool and then again burned another finger. I've never done my nails and not have the person even ask for my name. She was clearly in a rush and it's just truly unbelievable how unprofessional she was. Also to note her work area was a mess, everything looked dirty. My hands look horrid and not worth 85 dollars. I usually do my nails every three weeks and have a regular place I go to. I saw Drakht work came up on my Instagram feed and looked clean and beautiful, so I decided to try and come to you. I almost never complain, but I have honestly never received such a careless and disrespectful job in my life. There are visible gaps between my natural nail and the product. My cuticles and the entire nail area are covered with glue. All of my nails are extremely painful -- my cuticles, the surrounding skin, and even underneath the nails. The glue is stuck on my cuticles and under my nails, trapping the skin, and it is causing a lot of pain and discomfort. My nails look awful. They are completely uneven -- different lengths, widths, and shapes. One nail is wide, one thin, one short, one long, one round, and one almond-shaped. This was one of the worst nail appointments I have ever had. My appointment was with a nail tech who goes by @drakht_nails on Instagram. She never introduced herself, so I do not even know her name. I found her through an Instagram ad and unfortunately did not check the salon reviews beforehand. The salon name is not listed anywhere on her page, which in hindsight feels intentional after reading the reviews tied to the address. When I arrived, I waited over 10 minutes inside the salon with no one available to check me in. I had messaged her on Instagram upon arrival but received no response. Eventually, someone asked what I was there for and called her from the back. She immediately began speaking to me in Armenian, which I do not understand, and appeared annoyed that I could not respond. She then repeatedly questioned whether I had actually booked with her, which made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. During the cuticle prep, my cuticles were burning intensely. Three of my fingers started bleeding, and one continued bleeding for a while. She applied products directly onto my actively bleeding finger without acknowledging it or apologizing. She did not explain what she was applying, and when I asked to see the product because it hurt and I was concerned about infection, she seemed visibly annoyed. Despite the bleeding, she continued rushing through the manicure, applying gel and asking me to place my fingers under the UV light, which caused significant discomfort. Throughout the appointment, whenever I asked to shorten my nails further or adjust the shape, I was met with clear attitude. She barely acknowledged me, spent most of the time speaking in another language with others in the salon, and even took a phone call mid-appointment. It genuinely felt like she was doing me a favor rather than providing a paid service. When she applied the French, I pointed out that the polish looked uneven. I asked multiple times for it to be corrected, and my concerns were ignored. The salon itself was extremely cluttered. There were items everywhere, making it difficult to even rest my arms on the table without knocking things over. The space was so crowded that there was a hair chair directly behind me, and the hair tech repeatedly bumped into me during the service as if I was in the way. Overall, the experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. There was constant attitude, poor communication, and very little care. I am now hoping I do not develop an infection and that my very sore cuticles heal soon. Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment two days in advance for Wednesday at 10 AM and sent a deposit to Vicky. I arrived on time and waited over 15 minutes, but she never showed up. I tried calling and texting multiple times and received no response. Even other employees said they didn't know where she was. This was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. My nail tech, Vicky, aka @vickyss_nails on Instagram was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Any time I asked a question or expressed concern, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her. There was zero customer service and no effort to make the experience pleasant. On top of that, the salon itself was dirty and unsanitary. My station was messy, tools didn't look properly cleaned, and the overall environment felt unhygienic and uncomfortable -- not something you ever want to feel at a nail salon. The service was rushed and careless, with no attention to detail. For a place that advertises high-quality services, this was beyond disappointing. Between the attitude, lack of professionalism, and the cleanliness issues, I left feeling frustrated and honestly grossed out. They advertised Russian manicures and smart Russian pedicure but they don't know how to properly do it. Do not come here go to a Russian manicure specialist there's plenty of other ones that actually do the service to perfection. I would never return and do not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values basic hygiene and respect for their clients. you probably should find somewhere else if you're reading this, ruined my engagement nails. So first off i want to highlight what I liked- Vicky, who did my nails was a very sweet girl, and she was very gentle with my cuticles. The place was clean and they didn't keep me waiting for my service. Now for the bad- First off as you can see I didn't get anything like the picture of what I wanted- and this are my ENGAGEMENT photo nails and so frankly I was so bummed I spent 150$ to look like this. She constantly pushed for longer nails and then didn't even file them to the proper length I wanted. The gold looks sloppy and I just felt like she wanted me out of her chair by the end of our appointment. Now, by fair the worst part was the front desk / possible owner? (I hope not for everyone's sake). During my appointment they mainly spoke in their native language, which I happen to understand. She was being absolutely vile towards vicky and called my nails ugly numerous times and thought it was a waste of time. THEN by the end of the appointment she came up to me and started taking pictures of me and my nails without even looking at me let alone asking for my consent. Overall, Vicky is a sweet girl, the front desk lady was horrible, and the service was mediocre. This kind of ruined my engagement experience for me. Just like others in the reviews, I was targeted via Instagram ads for a Russian mani by Drakht. Her work looks great online but her work in real life...please save your money. I was incredibly uncomfortable getting my pedicure done. The way she had me positioned didn't feel good. I tried to tell her but the language barrier made it difficult. She hurt my feet multiple times with whatever they use to smooth out the feet. It burned and hurt. I had to tell her at least 5 times "that hurts." On top of that the application of the gel was terrible. There's so many better nail techs in LA. I'm not sure if she's the same girl in her picture on Instagram but this place is not professional and I wouldn't trust her with the health of your nails. read more

i got my nails done by vicky at this salon, and the entire time i was there, she was unprofessional and not very welcoming. On top of that, 3 of my nails broke within the first 5 days. I messaged her multiple times to see if i can come in and fix them- she basically ignored my messages and never responded.
