I'm a 79 y/o grandmother who knows very little about technology. Today, 5/15/26 With my daughter working out of town and her son graduating from high school next week I had just been assigned to get announcements with my grandsons picture. I walked into Walgreens #07774, 12225 Highway 6 in Fresno Tx. A lady in the photo shop named Louise was understanding and took time to give me suggestions on the different cards available at Walgreens. Thank you Louise for helping this frantic old grandmother leave with a box of graduation announcements with pictures on both sides that are beautiful. My grandson and my daughter couldn't believe that I had done that in no longer than an hour. I had to admit that without Louise I could not have completed this assignment. Walgreens, thank you for hiring people like Louise who are dedicated to make sure customers leave with a smile and are satisfied with their purchase. I also learned so much. read more

I go here for their pharmacy and it's ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I have to come here specifically for my daughters allergy meds because Walgreens makes one that my daughter can actually ingest and not throw up. When you call they pick up and put you straight on hold; no hello, please hold etc -- then after being on hold for a while it starts to ring FOREVER and they never pick up. read more

Inconsiderate and unprofessional. My dentist sent a prescription at 9 am after having had oral surgery. I had not heard from the pharmacy at 3 pm so I called to be told that my prescription will not be ready until 5 pm TOMORROW!! The person on the phone was very dismissive and only because I pushed the issue did she then proceed to ask me for insurance info and I still have to wait until 5 pm today for my RX. After I complained some more, someone else got on the phone to tell me the prescription was delayed because insurance issue. No one bothered to call me to tell me they needed info, instead they rerouted my prescription to Dallas! Had I not called, who knows when it would've been ready. This kind of customer service or rather lack there of is just outrageous. Corporate needs to get this store an inservice on how to do their job and serve the community right. (End rant!) Closest pharmacy for Rosharon residents between Pearland and Missouri city.... Depending on the employee in the pharmacy area you can be on hold for an hr and than be cut off, it's ridiculous! I hope they open another Walgreens soon and close read more

This has once again been an awful experience at this location. I am officially going to switch every script over to CVS. The staff at this location are the most unhelpful group of individuals I have ever had an interaction with. I called the store 3 times before getting an answer was on hold at minimum 30 minutes each call and when it rung back to speak to the pharmacist they picked up the phone and put me back on hold w/o saying anything! Secondly, THEY ARE SLOW and show no customer service! No one here wants to work and they all have attitudes. This location is close to my house and it's got a 1% lower sales tax rate, so I'm suckered into making it my regular store. That's the only reason I keep returning. Otherwise, I'd like to tell the whole thing to kiss my nether-regions. It's always a hot mess of customer service, patrons or some other issue whenever I'm there and the pharmacy is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Complicated by the fact I have more than just insurance to cover my medications. That's Chinese arithmetic for them to understand every month when I go for my refill - and by this time with the same folk, you'd think that by now they would know the routine, but nooooo - it's groundhog day everytime and I have to detail the entire scenario for them. They lost my prescription information, And once they received prescription information again, they are unable to fill it same day (Like many other pharmacies do). In addition no one in that pharmacy seems to care about customers nor do they care about their job of servicing the customer! I've been visiting family in the Fresno area several times a year for the last 3 years. Usually this store is short staffed, poorly stocked and dirty. But today when I went in it was the opposite!All aisles were full, promo aisle stocked, cooler stocked! and add to it when I was in line behind 3 other people they called for more cashiers, which lead to 3 extremely polite young men ringing. This has to the the worst, most ghetto Walgreens in TEXAS. Even the Pharmacist is ghetto. Every single month there is an issue filling my prescription. I call them, they say it's the Dr.'s office. This store is the worst for customer service ever. First, they tell you it's going to be hours to fill a prescription. They are rude and they are disrespectful. My husband stopped to get his prescriptions filled and when he returned they told him they couldn't manually enter the HSA card info. NEWS FLASH- The band on the back of the card doesn't read in the reader so now I have to transfer all the prescriptions to a Walgreens that is closer to me. We have used this card there before. SLOWEST Pharmacy ever!!! Are you sick and in a hurry for your medicine? Sorry, you'll probably die before getting to the window. Spent 45+minutes in the drive thru line before getting to the window to simply pick up a "ready" prescription. And I was blocked in, so there was no escape even if I wanted to bail on the wait. This is just your normal Walgreens. But I give it 5-stars because of the big homie in the photo department. He fixed my pictures when another staff person they couldn't be fixed. I took some pictures in Cozumel with an underwater camera and something happened where the frames were pushed to the side and two frames were being showed in one picture. He helped me and got my pictures looking real official. They should give this brother a promotion! read more

My sister went there this evening to fill a prescription for my 3 kids, and they have my insurance information but Ty the pharmacy Tech can back and told her the price will be a lot more than we were expecting, and was very rude about trying to force my sister to pay the amount because they had already mixed the medicine. When my sister asked to speak to the Pharmacist who's name is Dawn, she refused to speak to my sister. This is not the first time that we have had problems at this stir with the pharmacy.
