Disappointed by unfair and unclear return policy…read more I bought an item here and tried to return it not even 30 minutes later -- it hadn't even left the vicinity. I was told they don't accept returns and that their policy is "stated on the receipt." The issue is, you only get the receipt after you've already paid, which makes that policy completely useless for customers who want to know before buying. There are no signs anywhere at the counter or around the store indicating a no-return policy. When I mentioned that, the staff just said it's on the receipt and that's their rule. They did say I could exchange the item, but when I tried, I found out they won't refund the difference if the new item costs less -- meaning you basically lose money either way. Policies like this should be clearly posted and explained upfront, not hidden after the sale. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I definitely wouldn't shop here again.

It was a great treat, and manager was amazing I had a 5 year old gift card that they could find in the system and yet still honoured it, that's what I call great customer service people keen on building customer relations

Whether it's sleep issues, the common cold,or headache troubles they offer all natural solutions for what ails you. The staff member I dealt with was pretty friendly and helpful. I went in looking for something to deal with food cravings and he was able to suggest two products for me. I ended up purchasing a bottle of their crave away solution due to the great testimonial he gave me about how his significant other used it to quit smoking. If your not familiar with all natural products like myself you should be prepared for a little bit of sticker shock when you come into Saje. My little 10 ml bottle of crave away cost me $20.00 but I must say it has worked better then any pharmacy product I have ever purchased for weight management and has lasted me a very long time for such a small bottle! I don't see myself filling my medicine cabinet with Saje products due to the price but they do work well enough for me to have an interest in returning to see what they could reccomend for my stomach issues.

I love Saje! We don't have a Saje in Hawaii so whenever we visit Canada, I am always on the lookout…read morefor a Saje store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy their bath salts, aroma therapy (I commonly purchase the mixed blends--Unwind, Citrus and the Spa scents). Like Doterra, which I use as well, they offer a pleasant variety of blends that aren't too strong in scent. They often last me about 3-6 months as I rotate them based on how I feel. I have three of their diffusers and haven't had any issues with them--its been about 3 years or more since I've had them. I love their shopping totes! They have decreased in size, but IMO for the better! I recommend that you stop by and explore this store, you're more than likely to leave with something.

Was walking in the mall and got stopped by a guy. He pulled me in to the store and proceeded with…read morehis line. Told me about how he could erase (yes erase) the dark circles under my eye in 60 seconds! While the dark circles were supposedly vanishing, he tried selling me on the rest of the line. I asked him what it was going to cost. $400! Uh no thank you. He asked me if the price was holding me back. I said yes. Now, by this time, the miracle of all miracles was to have been performed under my eyes. He gave me a mirror and said the difference was night and day. I looked and didn't see a difference. At all. About this time my daughter walked in the store. The guy asked her which eye had the treatment done. She picked the wrong one. The guy offered her the name of a good optomitrist. She said, I may need glasses but I'm not blind! So he turns to me and proceeds to try and sell me the promotion. When I remained unswayed, he told me that he would sell me the cheapest item ($239) and give me the most expensive thing free (all this with a finger to his lips and told me not to tell anyone. Red flag anyone??) I was getting tired of sitting there listening to him not listen to me so I said I'd have to think about it and left. NOTE: After we walked around the mall for a little, all the stuff he put under my eye began to crack and peel off. My skin felt very dry and my under eye area looked terrible. I literally had to scrub off the crap. Please don't waste your money!

Words don't describe the disgusting feelings this place cause me…read more I was watching the sea lions show.. a bit of nostalgia. All of the sudden this reasonably attractive woman walked up to me and began to hit on me. (I know, that should have raised red flags) Asking me if I was waiting on my girlfriend (I didn't have one at the time).. Grabbed my arm and asked me about how much I work out.. all this leading up to.. What I do to keep my face looking so baby faced.. all the while leading me into her shop against my multiple attempts to stop. So I sat down. Sadly I was just as willing to sit through it to waste some time. She introduced herself and explained that she was a trained dermatologist. She explained the big benenfits of her cream which was different than the 100's of other products out there.. because it had gold infused within it. Gold.. yep. AU. That's the fix that we have all been missing on until now! She even went as far as to rub some of this rich crap on my wrist.. which literally did nothing... but she glossed over that fact. Bit of a back story: I had had a beer with lunch. I have a mild genetic condition called Rosacea. It causes my face to heat up, and get blotchy with redness in certain cases of alcohol consumption (usually not having drank for a while). So I was experiencing the remnants of this condition. She noticed this.. and explained that it was me not taking care of the skin and that she could help.. I explained it to her the affliction to which she flatly shut me down and told me I was incorrect. At this point I had had enough with the charade and started to get a little combative with her. Asking her what school she was educated at (to which she refused to disclose) and what the cost of her snake oi.. I mean product would run me... It's not 20 bucks.. or the low low price of 39.99.. it's over 100 dollars a bottle. A bottle that lasts you a month.. I stood up, and walked out.
