Experience was good but not satisfactory. I've noticed that she did not take time in scrubbing my foot while my co-workers are getting their foot scrubbed and callus removed. You noticed that there was not even any flakes on the cloth she used for me because she did scrub them for a minute or less. I was observing how the other ladies are doing my friends' and they were all taking the time to scrub. I haven't had spa for years so there's no way that there's nothing to remove. I did not want to ask or complain as I did not want her to feel humiliated as everyone would hear for sure. It couldn't be possible that she forgot as she should be trained on how to do it and should take time to give an excellent spa experience. The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable except for the manicure section which is isolated and so tiny, it does not feel comfortable.

Dr. T is still the best dermatologist, but his staff on the medical side are terrible. I had previously gotten my Botox for migraines Rx from here and after my injection nurse moved to another place, who I trust with this delicate procedure, I stayed with her. I got an injection in February and need it every 11 weeks to stay functional without debilitating migraines. I knew my Rx needed renewal and so for 11 weeks, I left voicemails, texts, and finally got one call back more than a month after initially trying. The nurse said, yep, not a problem, have shoppers fax over the request. I did this TWICE. Left more messages and nothing. Finally I called the cosmetic side and they went over and got the explanation of why it had not been filled. Since I was not getting injected there, they would not fill it. OK FINE, BUT DON'T TELL ME YEAH NO PROBLEM AND THEN IGNORE ME SO I HAVE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR LAST MINUTE. I was 3 weeks behind my treatment and can't work because I am in so much pain. Nice to know I am treated as a dollar sign and not cared for as a patient. Take your money somewhere else, this staff doesn't give a hoot about your well being - you are merely a cash grab. They're usually able to find me an appointment (even on short notice) and the hours are super accommodating. They have an extensive roster of therapists you can book over phone, website or app. Big parking lot in the plaza they're in with plenty of free parking. Direct billing is always a plus. I've been able to find a therapist I really connect with and it's been wonderful. Pro tip: if you really need some relief, request the use of the Japanese mint oil. It makes a difference!
