You can look for that review elsewhere if you want. I was ecstatic that Becky was still here as she was my hairstylist for at least 6 years prior to The Shutdown. I found her after my other stylist moved to up state NY. I can't travel there to get my haircut. But I can travel to Ocean Pines when visiting OC. Don't be put off by the look of business sign (needs some sprucing up) or the exterior as the stylists inside are wonderful, professional and talented group, many have been there for years. I personally go to Becky Ange and from the 1st visit years ago to today, she listens, knows how you look when you walk in & works with you & what you want, either a huge change or keep what you have, but just improve it. My hair always looks beautiful and I always leave feeling so good about myself. I went back to her today as I was tired of cutting it myself & my attempt to find someone closer to home did not work out well & I desperately needed her & ONLY her to fix a bad haircut. Its hard to change hairstylists or feel comfortable. I Walked out today happy & confident.

Both my eldest and I have really thick, coarse hair and Lauren is not afraid of it whatsoever. She's comfortable and confident in what she does and always leaves us feeling lighter and refreshed. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly. Emmy made feel very comfortable and welcome. Emmy cut my hair perfectly and I was done. It worked great in my schedule and the front desk woman (Sonia?) was friendly and very sweet and accommodating. They asked for a $25 credit card to hold the appointment. I never have had that before, but I get it, with this being a tourist area in the summer...and people can forget when on vacation. Just wanted the review to note that so you know. Sam aka Samantha :-) was my stylist. She was so nice and was very deliberate in her application of highlights. She asked me a lot of questions and listened before we started. The highlights turned out great and hid my gray salt and pepper and blended into my previous highlights. She gave me a great haircut too, perfect length taken off and nice layering. The salon was quaint and everyone was friendly. I recommend the salon and Sam my stylist.
