I accidentally ended up with a consult with Tilly and what a joyous accident that was. So she made time for me even though she was already well into her work. She was honest and provided options for hair extensions. She advised me on color and styling. I truly was so excited for my appointment because I love this lady to start but she is so positive and so clearly excited and happy to do her work and make her clients happy. I got my first set of extensions and I loved them. I came in with a blah blah hairstyle that was just some hair on my head but there was nothing about it making me happy or motivated me personally. I followed Tilly's advise in the care and maintenance of this hair and found my groove and confidence. Tilly is not just a masterful stylist she is a beautiful person inside and outside. She brings an upbeat vibe while working away. The salon is lovely and has ambiance but the true focus when you go to a salon is service and outcomes. Anyone who has their hair done by a professional knows it's an investment and people want value for that and this salon delivers. Tilly is so flexible she will even let you bring in your own hair. You heard right she is so skilled and confident it doesn't matter what method you are looking for she can do it. More important she will tell you when what you want would not be a good idea and if she is sure what you are looking for will result in damage she will not proceed. I have sewn in wefts and let me tell ya her braiding game is the best in town with confidence I feel her history and experience makes her a top stylist if you need any service that requires braiding. I have that fine,limp, slippery hair and her braids stay in! The cost of this work which takes a lot of time and effort is quite reasonable here compared to others and the fact is there are limitations to what can be offered at other locations. Tilly wants you to feel good, she demonstrates excellence in her craft. The quality of the work is second to none. She is beyond creative and knows what will look good with the shape of your face, tone of skin, even eye color. She makes people who have never felt beautiful walk out feeling great. I honestly cannot express enough how much I love this lady and her work and without a doubt the confidence she has me feeling about my look and style.

I booked with Hannah online and mentioned I have thick long hair and wanted a chop for summer. I've never been to this salon before, but know from past experience it's important to note thick hair while booking. Their online booking system requires the stylist to "okay" the appointment, so someone must have seen the note about thick hair. At other salons, most stylists will see the note and book out an extra 45 mins..or call to reschedule with an additional block of time. This never happened and lead to maybe the worst salon experience I've ever had? Hannah started cutting my hair, and was a quarter way through before she mentioned I'd have to leave with wet hair due to time constraints. I wish she would have been honest and up front and I would have rescheduled or found a new salon for a cut that would include a blow dry + style. She shampooed my hair for less than 4 minutes and everything just felt so rushed! I was expecting to see another client waiting for her but that was not the case. I was in and out of the salon in less than an hour. She gave me her card so I could contact her if the layers dried funny or looked bad...so off I left with wet hair and a potential hack job of a haircut. When my wife sees me she usually calls in sick for work, steals my keys, and locks me in the house until I am too dehydrated to move, at which point we call 911 for emergency dehydration. While being re-hydrated I usually overhear the paramedics discussing a) what a great looking haircut I have, and/or b) wondering if they should just stay parked out front for the next call because how could anyone possibly resist someone with such a fantastic haircut? Sometimes I catch the paramedics kissing my hair while they think I am unconscious. At this point I usually pass out for a few hours but am abruptly awakened by both my wife and one of her super hot friends having their way with me, which initially I am always shocked and have to act like it is wrong to have a 3 way with one of my wife's friends - to which her response is almost always something along the lines of "babe, with hair like that, you've earned this"...... So yeah, I'd say this barber is worth going to.
