I went in today (6/16/2022) for nail supply. Ya girl is trying to save some coins from frequenting nail salons ... Environment : not the most organized, well lit shop. But it's huge and has more crystal selection than the one across the street. Service : owner is friendly and help find me items such as nail hole puncher, gem glue, apres gel-x. Although she can be busy doing stuff around the store or taking inventory, she is very patience and take her time answering few of my question. She even show me different sizes (medium vs long) and let me try on my nail before committing to the length. Price : comparable to Amazon or Etsy. You can come in personn to choose what you want and see quality yourself. Minus the shipping cost and you get items instantly. Obviously, if you want nail supply from Aliexpress, be prepared to wait at least 1 month. Compare to the store across the street, this place sell cheaper (a bottle of translucent pearl here is $5 vs $8 at the other store) Bonus : 1. Open to everyone, I walked in without professional license and can still shop till I drop 2. They carry Apés gel-X product.

No product.

This place doesn't deserve a one star. Disorganized, an employee kept following me around the whole store!, to get her off my back I asked for lash extension glue and remover. She didn't know what was glue or removal She showed me a glue and a "removal" I decided to get them out of stupidity. At the register she decided the product was wrong, went her self to change it for an in box one. I saw her moving, playing and staring at the bottles and they were all talking in their language around me. When I got home there was no fucking product in the bottle (empty bottle). Safe to say wont be returning!

Horrible customer service. I'll admit that I was just purchasing an inexpensive item, but the man at the counter told me to wait. I guess he was busy on his laptop? After 4 minutes of waiting for him to get off of his laptop, I chose to leave the store without purchasing anything at this place. I ended up walking across the street and purchasing items at the other store.

This place is very run down and dusty. The pictures are nothing compared to how it really is. Found a small Lysol spray and other disinfectant sprays and they completely oversell that. That goes against price gouging laws in California. The supplies they sell is ok but questionable.

What a GIANT beauty supply store. I made my first visit on a Saturday afternoon because I read they sell inexpensive but high-end nail varnishes here. Well, bad news ladies (and some men): THEY NO LONGER CARRY O.P.I. NAIL VARNISH. (according to the dude behind the counter) However, they do still carry Essie (~$3.75), China Glaze ($2.00), Orly, and Color Club (didn't get a price on those), to name a few. They also have a wide variety of hair care products (Paul MItchell, American Crew, BedHead, Nexus, Redken, Joico), and makeup, too. The cashier lady was friendly and helpful when I was ready to check out. She informed me that THEY ARE NOW OPEN UNTIL 6:30 PM. I ended up leaving with a China Glaze, Pumi-Bar, and a round facial brush for less than $5. What a steal! I'd certainly return to Beauty Headquarters - it has much more selection and lower prices than any Sally Hansen store.

their OPI selection. but this isn't it! they have more!

The sale lady is very dishonest and a terrible person. Be very careful for anything you buy without a price tag, she would over charge you.

What an END OF AN ERA…read more I can't believe this store location is closing but I suppose it makes sense since they have other locations and since there's so many other imported Japanese skincare and make up competitors out there too, though I always do my due diligence to shop around since prices can vary greatly and if there's sales. Most items are already out of stock since they've been scooped up by people but there's items here and there. There's a cashier at the front and not much interaction, but I prefer this over some of the older locations where they'd hover over you. Stock here is decent, but it's nowhere close to the RH location, but ever since going here as a high schooler (rare visits), I'd love to ascend and descend the stairs and look down and look at the decorations and random Ghibli and cute character goods they have up there.

At the time of my visit, I was the only person who came. Seems like most of the popular products are gone now, so people arent as inclined to come in. Most of the popular Canmake products are gone, leaving you with some mascaras. &honey stock is wiped clean as well. I managed to snag a couple of refill bags for off&relax since I heard good things about the brand. Service is pretty nonexistent, which is fine by me since I prefer to be left alone. I'll still be at the Arcadia store though!

They said they lock it because sometimes they get too busy. And given the climate of theft at stores these days I don't blame them. Staff was very nice and courteous. They made lots of suggestions asking what we might be looking for. The shop is a hodge podge of Asian imports from snacks to toys and carries a lot of beauty products. It was really messy in there and not much rhyme and reason to what they stocked in terms of toys. I found quite a few items I've never seen before especially little Sanrio plushies (I bought 3). Picked up an anime figure from Attack on Titan too and my husband bought some snacks and mints. If I were already using the beauty products I might buy them here but most of the signs and descriptions are in Chinese so I don't know what the stuff is. Another odd thing is I didn't see many price tags on things so we had to keep asking the staff about how much each thing costs. Sometimes I think they were just making it up. Will probably stop by again when in the area to support them. For us it'll just be a little treasure hunting store.

So here I am... what a fun + colorful place to find cosmetics and beauty stuff! The lady staff was super nice and lovely. I didn't waste any time. I asked and I shall receive. The lady knew exactly what I was looking for. She led me to the lip creams immediately. I bought 3 of them. They are $11 a pop... a bit pricey, but hey, our lips deserve tender loving care, too. My daughter was very pleased and so was I. We now don't have to wait until our next Las Vegas trip to get amazing & moisturizing lips LOL. They have a pretty decent selection and brands of Asian, mostly Japanese beauty products here. No, it's not as new or organized like Shibuyala or Takashima, but it has its own charm to it, especially their decor and display of goods. They do have sales intermittently, making a good number of their items priced at a lower point than the aforementioned competitors I listed above. I've gotten the same Japanese brand eyeliners for $10 here when it's usually $8-10 more elsewhere. I've been to this store a couple times and they have a membership which offers a point system and deals (I believe), but my most recent visit has their weeklong Black Friday sale where it's BOGO 50% off. Not only do they have cosmetics but they have a lot of home goods (think imported Japanese Starbucks mugs and tumblers), snacks, and so many cute things. They have so much Duffy and Friends goods from Disney Asia, Universal Studios Japan goods, Sanrio and San-X goods that I haven't seen in our general shops here, Chiikawa, and they even have kuji raffle prize goods and blind boxes too. Staff is friendly and polite each time I've gone, but they for sure are vigilant watching people but they're not following you around. My friends always recommend Laneige, but never had the chance to actually go to an Amore store until yesterday. While my aunt shopped for her Sulwhasoo products (both makeup and skincare), I browsed through their multiple Laneige lines that include their basic skincare line, brightening/whitening, water line for hydration, radiance, and the likes. The hydration section caught my eye since I'm a sucker for hydrated, supple skin. The sales associated was very informative, and told me about each line, it's usage, and what each product's purpose is. She never pushed me to buy anything. Rather, she informed and insisted that I take a few samples if I'm still deciding. As I was still deciding, I turned around and saw their whitening line. Recently, I've been really obsessed with the color of my skin and been avoiding the sun as much as possible. I was told that Laneige's whitening line is new. It didn't help that they had cute packaging either. I ended up getting their whitening serum, which came with a mini travel size day serum, face cream, eye cream, and toner. As promised, the sales associate gave me samples of products I was eyeing earlier: one that melts blackheads and a mask. She gave me 7 samples! SEVEN! I definitely liked that they weren't stingy with samples. Also, make sure to sign up for their membership. Every dollar spent is a point added to your account.
