I've gotten the same Japanese brand eyeliners for $10 here when it's usually $8-10 more elsewhere. I've been to this store a couple times and they have a membership which offers a point system and deals (I believe), but my most recent visit has their weeklong Black Friday sale where it's BOGO 50% off. Not only do they have cosmetics but they have a lot of home goods (think imported Japanese Starbucks mugs and tumblers), snacks, and so many cute things. They have so much Duffy and Friends goods from Disney Asia, Universal Studios Japan goods, Sanrio and San-X goods that I haven't seen in our general shops here, Chiikawa, and they even have kuji raffle prize goods and blind boxes too.
