Eyebrow Services In the years of being service there hasn't been alot of issues with the Satisfaction of my brows online few throughout the years and you did address the issues along with stating the msg I have attached below so I wouldn't have any issues going forward so from this it's states it's your product if it was my brows the the proper from of providing excellent customer service would have been to correct the issue not a refund below is a copy of your response on the issue that took place prior before in March of 23. So at this point it's not my brows excellent customer service would have been well let's try a different service and maybe give this current service a break or whatever but me as a client should be able to voice my opinion if I see something's not right if I'm paying for a service so if you're going to be in the industry you're going to have to be able to handle it accordingly a couple Corrections for issues yes but if it's keep being brought to you your next resolution is just a refund a customer their money and discontinued Services is very unprofessional so you will continue to loose a lot of customers if you can't take their feedback and correct issues regardless if it's multiple times the problem is the inconsistency and not enough consistency in your services when you're performing the service on the client it should be the same each time I sit in your chair but it has not been it's been a few times where there's been issues and I've posted that below how does my brows look so different in two different pictures it's not my brows it's your product with that post you responded to me it shows what you did with your products just take the accountability. Picture with both brows which the most recent service look how one brow is wider and bigger than the other one you can see a patch of black or dark color in the middle of the brow like it's fading and this is all within 24 hours the second picture is from a service where my brows was perfectly done by Detroit brow amongst other times I haven't had an issue but it seems like if your client I suggest don't voice too many concerns because if you do your last voice of concern is going to result into a refund of your payment and the discontinuous of service

I got an appointment for 2PM today…read more Freda greeted me and brought me to the warmly lit room for the facial. Made sure I had no questions before the facial. My face feels fresh and so clean after an amazing facial massage, hydrofacial cleanse, red light therapy and lymphatic drain today. Freda is a wonderful, so friendly, warm and a knowledgeable aesthetician. She takes the time to make sure she knows your skin history, your routine, your concerns and expectations for your appointment. She is so right that your skin says a lot about how healthy you are or aren't.

They even begged me to return, claiming they wanted to make things right and ensure I left happy. But when I didn't respond to their repeated calls, they changed their tone entirely and edited their response to now claim I was never even booked at their location. This is ridiculous, and I won't let it slide. I have full proof of my appointment--including screenshots of the booking clearly showing their business name, location, and time. I will attach these here. Stop bluffing and misleading people. If you think bluffing and trying to manipulate customers into silence is the way to do business, think again. If this continues and you persist in making false claims without accepting your mistake and If you continue trying to irritate me, I might have to take this an other way. She finally started with me at 6:25 PM--10 minutes late even by the scheduled time. What upset me more was the constant upselling. She pushed for bikini waxing and tried to talk me into facials I never asked for. I know what services I want, and I'm paying out of pocket--I don't need to be pressured into more. The waxing was rushed and sloppy, and the eyebrow threading was terrible--uneven and nothing like what I asked for. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I'm sharing this so others are aware.
