This was the most welcoming, bright, clean, & inviting tattoo/piercing shop I have ever been in!! They specialize in fine line tattoos & piercings for ears, nose, and navel. They do an AMAZING job and their customer service/environment is top tier. I recently got a piercing out of state that had fallen out/starting to become irritated. I had been researching a place go speak to a piercer, because I have had a hard time finding someone I trust/feel safe with/is certified/etc. I now found the place!! I found them on Instagram/through google, and they are amazing. There is parking in the back, and immediately when I walked in I was greeted by their kind staff. They offered complimentary water, La croix, coffee, etc, and had beautiful and comfy chairs and decor. I waited briefly to speak with Ashley, who is also the owner and one of the piercers. She has such amazing energy, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, helped me pick new jewelry, and made my overall experience enjoyable. Truly can't say enough great things about this place or the people!! They keep all their hours, available staff, & info very up to date on their Instagram (@beautyinink, and Ashley - @inkedbysmash.) You can even rent out the studio for a private party for tattoos/piercings! They also offer piercings for under 18 with a legal guardian/notarized paperwork (and even have a notary on staff). Their fine line work also looks stunning, so I will definitely return for my next tattoo. And obviously they will now be my go to piecer in south Florida! It can be intimidating to walk into a tattoo/piercing shop, and this was not the case here. I am so happy with my new jewelry and expertise, thank you to the Beauty In Ink team! read more

Called to make an appointment, drove 40 minutes for our scheduled appointment as we walk in the girl at front desk says one second that second was about 6 minutes then she says o I tried calling you but it kept going to voicemail which no message was ever left she stats her girls don't feel comfortable doing your tattoos on your finger mind you I explained what we wanted over the phone! Wahtever making us drive 40 minutes then leaving us sitting there and not leaving a voicemail or sending a text to cancel is so unprofessional and the little girl at the desk just gave us a wise ass smirk TERIBLE customer service beware and don't waste your time!!!! Went with my family back in January and then went back in March to get it touched up. Could not recommend this place enough amazing vibes. She took her time to make sure that I liked my design and we were able to figure it out and customize it together, during my session she was super sweet making sure I was comfortable and okay. After we were done I got a little aftercare box with some ointments and tools to keep my tattoo healthy and ensure that healing went smoothly.
