First time I got my fingers tattooed by them over 4 fingers significantly faded to the point where it looked like there was never a tattoo there. My artist who was super kind touched it up and basically had to do some finger all over again. Yet, after following all the aftercare instructions there is significant fading. For a $400 tattoo that a lot of shops won't even charge I feel like I wasted my money and time, since I'm going to have to go back to the artist I normally go to to get it done correctly. Not only that but it's also off centered and I tried not to pester them but the owner just told me "that's what happens with hand tattoos" well maybe don't charge that much? Idk. I could've gotten a way bigger and better longer lasting piece for $400. Be wary. I have gotten piercings from them and everything is clean -no complaints there. The piercer had no idea what he was doing. Took him 20 minutes for a belly button piercing. He poked me with a needle, then tried covering it up before I saw it. He was very clearly panicking when he fucked up the piercing. I was asked to pay&tip before the service. Never would have tipped after such a terrible experience. Really disappointed. read more

I went here today for a 3rd upper lobe and 2 helix piercings and I am definitely going back once my current ones are healed!!! Their customer service is really amazing, literally every employee there is so kind and makes you feel very welcome. The shop is also clean and neat. I got pierced by the owner and his wife and all I have to say is they are so nice and patient with you no matter the circumstances. They made sure I was okay throughout the whole process and went over the proper cleaning with me. Since I did get lightheaded they gave me some candies and a drink as well to feel better. Went in as a walk in for a cartilage piercing for a friend and myself. We show up at 7pm and were told fill out paper work. As soon as we're done we see it's cash only as payment so we ask how much the piercing is and we were told to wait for the piercer to get there. We waited about 30, if not 40 min for the piercer to get there. So at this point we basically were deciding to just say fuck it and leave. There was literally nobody else in the shop besides a girl who all the employees were busy flirting with. As soon as we were about to leave, the piercer shows up. No apology for taking so long ect, he takes us to the back and starts the piercing. My friend goes first, hers looks great. I tell the piercer i want the exact same thing. We both asked for helix's, and somehow i ended up with a flat and she got a helix.... and she went first . I felt him placing the dot for accuracy on my ear and never once was I asked was this the right placement for what I wanted. And I didn't ask bc I assumed he had the competence to pierce the right spot. Ended up leaving around 8:15 pm for 2 piercings that took no more than 15 min. Made an appointment for an Industrial piercing, got here a little early for paperwork, waiting 53 minutes to get it done, at 30 minutes they said they had to clean the instruments. Then 45 minutes in they come get the jewelry from the front to sterilize it to use. the autoclave (sterilization machine) takes 1 - 1.5 hours to work. At this point I decided to leave and get this elsewhere.... he offered to do it half off after we asked for a refund he stated we could do it right there (the jewelry I wanted wouldn't have been fully sterilized at this point) so we just left.. no communication with us. I had a tattoo done at another shop to commemorate 16 years of being cancer free. The tattoo artist made some mistakes with lettering. When I returned to have him correct the mistakes he refused to do so because I had left my license at home (the same license I gave them when I saw them the first time). He was very rude and told me to go elsewhere. I called Inkfinity Tattoos and explained the situation. I'm not sure who I spoke with but I think it was Kelvin. He was so understanding and told me to come by in 30 minutes. When I got there they took me right away and set me up with a tattoo artist by the name of Luis. He fixed the mistakes within minutes and it looks beautiful now! He was so kind and pointed out other things that needed to be tweaked and took care of them as well. He is a perfectionist and has such a gentle touch. I am going back to him to have more work done. Everyone at Inkfinity was wonderful from the moment I called! I got a lip tattoo here. When the guy was doing my tattoo he didn't even know what he was spelling and would have messed up if my friend wasn't there. While I was getting my tattoo he didn't trace over the lines more than the first stroke. At other places they will ask you to rinse out your mouth to make sure that the lines are clearly there. This was not the case at this place. And surly enough not even 24 hours later when the initial ink was rinsed away there was only dots on my lip where the tattoo once was. I understand that there is no guarantee that a lip tattoo will stay however they did not do all they could on their end to ensure that the lines had all been filled out and when I went in to ask what could be done the store did not handle my concerns any form of grace. I suggest that if you want a lip tattoo to go to a shop where the individuals in the shop are concerned with the happiness of their customers. This being my first tattoo I was looking for a shop I could go back to for the others I had planned but with the service having left me feeling as I do now I will continue to look else where to invest in the art I get PERMANENTLY tattooed on my body since now I have permanent dots on my lip. read more

Came here for a cartilage piecing. The man pierced it from the back of my ear. The next day my ear would not stop bleeding & I could not even touch my ear because it had become so swollen & purple. Tried cleaning the piercing with a saltine solution but it continued to bleed & would barely budge. I have a friend that used to work in a piercing shop, he took a look at my ear and attempted to remove the piercing from my ear but couldn't get it because it was screwed on so tightly and I could not stand the pain, it was a bloody mess. He recommended I go to get it removed ASAP as it could have led to permanent cartilage damage. I got it removed the next day by professionals. They were even shocked to see how terrible the job was done. Would not recommend this place for piercings. read more
