The day of my appointment she arrived 20 minutes late and rushed me through the whole eyelash process, she didn't wear gloves or a mask and her station was unsanitary. The next day my eyes were swollen and my lash line was itchy. All the eyelashes were falling off through out the week. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.
