Even if I've been in a rush or had a large event coming up, they've gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I had a very disappointing experience at Thomas Nail Salon. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and unfortunately, the quality of my nails was even worse. The very next day, my nails started peeling, cracking, and several of them were crooked. I spoke with the owner about the issue, and I was told that they were supposed to be fixed at my house. When I pay a lot of money for a service, I expect the job to be done correctly the first time. For me, it's not just about the money--it's about receiving the quality service I paid for. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will never return to this salon. Based on my experience, I highly recommend avoiding this place. I will not be returning to Tammy's Nails. I booked online for both a manicure and pedicure, and the experience from the moment we arrived was disappointing and unprofessional. We waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time before we were even seen. Once we were finally seated, the service wasn't particularly friendly, but what really bothered me was what happened toward the end of my pedicure. From the very beginning, I made it clear that we were there for BOTH manicures and pedicures. I even told the nail tech that I wanted the same color she was using on my toes to be used on my hands. Then, about 10 minutes before she finished my pedicure, she suddenly told me that she doesn't do manicures and neither does the other woman working. She said I would have to wait until another nail tech finished with her current client. At that point, I told her that I had specifically booked a mani AND pedi online and pulled up my booking confirmation to show her. Her response was, "Oh, I don't read. Don't show me that." She then told me they don't look at the online bookings. Then why offer online booking?? What made the experience even more frustrating was watching other people come in after us, some bringing gifts, and they were immediately greeted and seated while we had already waited over 30 minutes despite having an appointment. I ultimately decided to leave without getting my manicure because I wasn't going to continue giving my money to a business that was treating me that way. To top it off, the pedicure itself wasn't even done well. There was polish left on the skin around my toes, and my toenails were clipped unevenly/oddly. I understand businesses get busy and scheduling mistakes happen. What I don't understand is being rude to a customer because YOUR online booking system apparently isn't being checked. If someone books and receives a confirmation for specific services, they should reasonably expect those services to be available or at the very least be told upfront that they can't accommodate them. Rude, unprofessional, poorly managed, and disappointing. I won't be back. Didn't even want to leave one star but Yelp forced me. read more

Made 3 appointments on a Friday for Sunday at 11 for mani/pedis for me, my mom and my grandma. It was supposed to be a little girls day to get my birthday nails done together, and unfortunately it ended up being a pretty disappointing experience. We got there on time and were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait, but they didn't even start on us until about 30 minutes after our appointment time. Then we were told they "don't look at the online bookings," which made no sense because while we were there, someone walked in asking about getting her eyebrows done and they literally told her to book online. They also tried saying we probably only booked pedicures, even though all 3 of us booked BOTH mani and pedi and there was plenty of availability showing online when we made the appointments. They asked what pedicures we wanted and all 3 of us said Milk & Honey. None of us got it. They used these tingly lemon packets instead. Here's the best part: When my mom and grandma finished their pedicures, the ladies doing them said they "don't do manicures" and that they would have to wait for the lady who was doing my nails. They ended up having to leave and go to a completely different nail salon to finish getting their nails done, which basically ruined the whole point of us making appointments together for my birthday. Just a complete inconvenience, despite us letting them know when we came in that we wanted manis AND NEVERMIND THE FACT THAT WE HAD BOOKED FOR BOTH! What really got me though was after they left, I literally watched the lady who did my mom's pedicure turn around and do an entire manicure on a lady who had come in AFTER us... after telling my mom she doesn't do manicures. Only giving 1 star because Kelly was really sweet and did a good job on my nails. I appreciated her, but unfortunately the whole experience was so unorganized and frustrating that we won't be coming back. read more

Tammy nail salon is a solid spot to get your nails done in Tracy. Everytime I went the staff is very attentive and the outcome of the nails are solid and well done. A couple of times the space between my cuticle and where the nail polish started was a bit ode for my liking. The room wasnt really a room its just in the hallway. Anyways, Face came out pretty well. But my underarms not too good. In town visiting my parents and it was time to remove my dip manicure. Mind you, this was done about 3 weeks prior and I have been in CA for vacation for about a little over a week now. Called to make an appt, super easy. Was told to come right now. As soon I arrived I was greeted and was sat down immediately. I told the gal that I needed to remove dip on my natural nails and pick another color. She proceeds to begin removing my dip color by popping it off with a tool without soaking it. Again, this was my natural nail. It was a little painful and she said it's going to come off easy. I was super annoyed and uncomfortable but needed to have this removed. Usually I go to 10 Perfect Nails this was my first time going here. Right away noticed that this salon seems very ran down, not clean or organized at all. I got a French tip gel pedi and about 2 days after I only have about 5 toes with any gel on. Some were already completely bare without any gel and others were chipped. I went back after complaining as they said they'd fix my pedi but I ended up going home because they said they were short staffed and too busy to help me which I understand. I left Tammy's very angrily. I believe it was Tammy who was doing my nails. I usually go to Roseville nails but they where busy so my friend suggested Tammy's. We never been there before and I will never be going back. She did a good job with my nails but I didn't like the fact that I was basically being bully. I felt awful about myself when I left. The 1st lady who I believe was Tammy that said, "Oh you have really hairy eyebrows. You should get them wax here if you have extra cash." 2nd lady, "When you older you don't have to worry about losing your eyebrows so thick." They ask how old I was and I said I'm 19 and she said, "I thought you where 16." I said "When I'm like 70 I would look 50 at less." A few mins later, she said, "You already have gray hair?" I'm only 28 and you have more gray hair than me. 2nd lady said, "How does your boyfriend feel about it." I said, " He helps me pick them out." 2nd lady said, "No don't pick them. You pick one and you get 10 more." 3rd lady said, "You should go to target or Walmart to dye your hair." I was really uncomfortable at this point. I started to get gray hair when I was 16 and I have black hair so you can see it easier. I don't feel like dying my hair yet cause I love my color and I don't want to ruin it. This man did a horrible job did not clean my Cuticles out left dead skin on the heels of my feet the pedicure in all was 5-10 min. After I told him I was extremely unhappy he said ok it's free knowing that he messed my feet up horribly. I called another worker over to show her she clipped the dead skin (one clip) from the side of my toenails and left. When I got to the register I was charged for a full pedicure she stated it was fixed. These people should be put out of business. My feet are hard and rough Look at the photos 6 days later WORST pedicure I've EVER had in my entire life. I should take them to small claims court to get my money back. Was going here for while off and on until I booked an online appt for the following day which was my bday and had been months since I treated myself. I went in 10 min before my 11 and it as crowded out of the door. I explained to the lady I normally see that I couldn't book her so I booked Tammy at 11. I was told more or less there were 6 people ahead of me. So went to the car and called. Asked if online booking was just not taken seriously and was told I had to talk to Tammy. The first time I came to Tammy at Tammy's Nails & Spa in Tracy, I was very sick and it had been months since getting a fill. She and her technicians welcomed me to their already very busy schedule. I have since, been a regular at the spa. This was the best move I ever made. Tammy is so nice, and patient! She is a true professional. Not only does she have skills that I had never seen, she's perfect at them! My nails gets compliments every where I go! She's got every color and kind of polish you could want. (She's got a full inventory). And they're perfect. My eyelashes make me so so happy. She makes time for me to keep them full. And they're perfect. Bye, bye mascara! Getting my eyebrows micro bladed allows me to feel comfortable in the world without having to do them! And they're perfect. The only guy for my pedicures is Andy. Of course he's great at the nail job. He even create a nail on one of my toes where I cracked it. You can't even tell! Andy gives the best foot and leg massage I think I've had. I get that there's new people but at least train them well? The boy literally made me bleed! Awful service And was making fun of the color i picked..?! I rarely review but was actually shocked at how dirty this place was. I'm not talking about nail polish swipes here and there. I'm talking about the dirt. Dribbling down the cabinets, collecting around the lamps, on the floor. Each of them had a toolbox with implements that were not cleaned after use.
