I see people commenting about lack of parking but Cecil avenue had lots of street parking. Will definitely come back it was about $15 for my eyebrow threading. I arrived with eyelashes but not so much so she told me she needed to take them off so I though ok but I didn't have so many and she charged me the same if I had the complete eyes full which start no so cool for me but ok I just wanted my eyelashes. I told her: "please something natural but still curly " she took her time, I felt a little burn in some moment and sometimes I felt she could be a little nicer telling me the instructions...
