Not expecting my dog to be groomed in 1 hour, I did not look at my phone. I had 10 missed calls and done pretty strongly worded voicemail from a young employee. When I called them several minutes later, the girl gave me a major attitude stating my appointment was only an hour long and that my dog was holding up the intake of other dogs coming in for grooming. If my appointment was only an hour long, why would the manager tell me to give her 3 hours? Needless to say, the younger girl's lack of customer service and poor attitude prompted me to find a more professional grooming atmosphere. I'll never go back there, and I tell everyone I know about my bad experience there!

We dropped our huskies off here a few times before our vacation so they could get acclimated to coming here and they would always come back all tuckered out from playing. Needless to say, I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing they were in excellent care. Plus when we picked them up they were both fresh out from a bath. Tim at harmonious hounds has been walking our newest pup mellow for about 6 months now. Mellow is a…read morerescue and has had a very difficult time learning to trust humans and other dogs. We tried group training with no success. We were just looking for a way to gently start socializing her. Tim has been a life saver! Mellow warmed up to him right away and gets so excited whenever she she's Tim's car pull into the drive way. Tim has given us lots of suggestions and we have noticed a lot of improvement in Mellows behavior. Tim was even nice enough to bring both of our pups to our wedding 2 weeks ago so they could celebrate with us at the reception for a while! It was so special for me to be able to get some photos with them on our big day. They were a huge hit with the guests too! Tim brought our pups home afterward and my husband and I had a great time knowing our girls were in good hands with Tim. We look forward to continuing working with Tim on socializing Mellow. Training, pet supplies, pet photography, fun adventures for your pets, you name it, he offers it. Recently needed help with an elderly dog that I adopted. She had severe separation anxiety and was impossible to leave the room without her crying. With the help of Pup Scouts, my dog is now comfortable in her new environment, no longer needs to be caged when I'm not home, and no longer cries even when I leave for work. Truly impressed with the services in just a few short months of training.
