I am giving this place 2 stars ONLY FOR Laser treatment. I went in for my first facial appointment (which was done by Lily, an Esthetician) and Jun (CEO, Esthetician) evaluated my face. He recommended laser removal for my dark spots. He gave me a price and I decided to proceed with the procedure. **BTW ALL OTHER FACIAL TREATMENTS OFFERED HERE ARE AMAZING AND I HIGHLY-RECOMMEND, THESE ARE DONE BY ESTHETICIANS** BEFORE the laser removal, my dark spots were very light grey. DURING the procedure, he put numbing cream on the treated area. Then he used the laser pen to burned off the dark spots and wiped it off, to see the flesh. AFTER the laser removal, Jun patched up the dark spots and suggest to avoid the sun exposure and to follow after treatment tips. 1 1/2 month later my scars HAVE NOT improved. The dark spots are still there!, looking like a burnt toast. My friend went to another skin care office in Fullerton to get her dark spots and moles removed on her face. A month or so later, it disappeared especially the mole by her upper lip (one treatment). AND NOW!, SHE looks like a brand new person. *sigh* My recommendation is to NOT GET LASER REMOVAL TREATMENT FOR MOLE/DARK SPOTS. Jun's way of laser procedure was different from a Dermatologist and other skin clinics. So sad that I have to pay$$ again for the same spots to get it completely removed. read more

This Oasis Skin Clinic has the best treatment for acne prone/ trouble skin. I have acne skin, dark spots, and acne scarring for a very long time. I tried many skin care products and remedies, but none work. My doctor then put me on Benzoyl Peroxide and Tretinol cream, which dry my skin and makes it irritated. At that time, my skin was so dry but it kept getting acne. I was so depressed and bothered. A friend then refered me to this place. I was carefully examined and advised the acne treatment package. After the first treatment, although my face was red, I could feel that all the deadskin were gone. At the second treatment, I was offered a at home skincare set to use along with the weekly treatments. All the products are brand name and suitable for sensitive skin. I know there are places where they try to put the products in their own packaging, which scheme the customer to go back and buy it from them. So I was rest assured knowing what I was using and that I can continue to purchase the products elsewhere after I am done with the treatment. Many advertised acne-care products nowadays contains salicylic acid, AHA,BHA, benzoyl peroxide, and even tretinol. I do not say those are bad, but they are not suitable for everyone. I came here for help with my acne scars and overall skin texture about a month ago and was looking to see if microneedling would be the solution to all of my skin concerns. After some consultation with Jun I elected to go with the 6 sessions of microneedling and it has been awesome to see the improvement in my skin. The facility is very clean and relaxing and Jun is very nice and helpful. It seemed as if I was the only client all day, which I understand business must be tough during covid, but I still felt uncomfortable throughout the whole process. I've been struggling with acne and scars, but it never bothered me since it was some acne here and there. Occasionally, I would get some cystic acne on my cheeks and jaw. What really bothered me was the scars that took forever to heal (the scars from digging into your skin trying to pop a pimple) so it pushed me to get some treatment to end this all. I initially visited this place for a basic extraction, which really helped get rid of my stubborn blackheads. Jun recommended microneedling treatment to help with my acne and scars, so I purchased a six session package and have been consistently going. FYI, for those that are scared of needles and pain, it does not hurt at all! The numbing cream works wonder! Also, your skin produces less collagen each year. Collagen is essential and the best way to produce collagen is microneedling! Each session is about 1.5 hours and they pack on so much nutrients to your skin. So far, my scars have faded significantly, little to no more cystic acne and blackheads, tighter and brighter skin, even skin tone, and hydrated skin. When I was 19, I had very little acne but I was a picker. I had nasty scars and I desperately needed help. I forgot her name but she charged me a very very fair price (50 per treatment). I have no idea what she did but I she definitely helped healed my face and in a few days my face would look so nice and clear! I was in town so I figured I should treat myself. I got the facial for mild acne ($120). It was an interesting experience. Besides the fancy tools I reckon I can have my less than interested sibling wash my face and put on my skincare. There weren't much facial massages. More so put it on take it off and the facialist go attend to whatever was on the computer at the front desk. I don't expect the individual to stay in the room but at the same time I also don't expect the individual to go off somewhere, do whatever and return when my mask is dried or my machine stopped working. Make me wonder if hands were washed prior to return to touch my face ect (I'm sure it was but I can't help but wonder). I was deceived! !! I paid online for facials with a discount and used it, but at 2 o'clock in the daytime, there was no other customer and the employee was only one man (he said he is the owner of the store). When I was wondering if an esthetician would come, but the man would do my facial, so I lay down with anxiety. I've been to other facial many times before, I always changed my clothes to rough clothes or bathrobes for relaxing, but nothing. Suddenly he started applying a tingling chemical to my face. it was a pain!! he started it without cleansing the face or wiping the face with a towel. he came back after 5-10mints, and he was wiped with a towel that was neither hot nor cold( usually the towel was hot for other facial). Next, he used some kind the suction machine that was taken out for the only 10second. After that, I massaged my face with his big hands for about 1 minute with cream, but it was the worst. my face started to pain. And after a cold face pack for taking a long time, and he was told that it was over, I checked the time, it took 40 minutes for only three steps. I think it's just a scam. Quick and easy. Call and made an appointment the same day to come in for a consultation. I got the 2020 special package for 6 session for $699 for acne scar treatment. This is a weekly, the owner, Jun, did my session every time, after what seems like 15+ things that was done to my face (cleansing, numbing, microneedling, stem cell, UV red light, cold plate?) take about 70-90 minutes each session. Before I came to Oasis, I went to Venus MD and they charged me $1,500 to do a laser treatment to minimize my pores. However, there was no changed at all, and I wasted my money. I came here starting about 5 months ago since I had cystic acne and a lot of scarring. I had a really bad breakout about 4 months prior to my first treatment and had really dark red hyperpigmentation. He asked me to bring in my skin care routine (i was doing a 10 step routine). He researched everything that I was using while I was getting my first facial and recommended me stop using some items and continue usage of others. He then let me know the process of the facial and the side effects that come with said facial (sometimes you break out a little which is totally fine because after your face is beautiful!). He also let me know that you need to continue the treatment will after the first sessions. Ones face doesn't instantly change with perfect t results. You need to upkeep to continue to see results. I don't remember the person that did my first three facials, but Jessie has done the past two and I absolutely enjoy her! She explains everything she is doing to your skin. I've been coming to Oasis on and off for awhile now. I bought a promotion just to try it out and ended up liking it so much I bought another 10 pack which was also on special. Seriously, I got it for a steal, albeit it is the most basic plan. Every session takes about 45 minutes to an hour. They extract my white heads and black heads, and massage the crap out of my face. Basically, by the time i leave, my face is as smooth as a babies butt and my make up goes on flawless for at least a week. Then my habits start to kick in, and i start effing my skin up again. It's a vicious cycle :p Jun the owner is always very welcoming and everyone that works there is great and friendly. I'd have to say my favorite is Jess. She's super easy to work with, and great at making you feel at home. She explains each process before doing it so i'm not in for any surprises. They also sell facial products on site, so if you like any of the products that are being used on you, you're in luck! You'll be able to take it home with you as well :) Saturday's are appointment only, but they take me in every time so i have absolutely no complaints! I usually do not review, but I have made an exception for this location. First, the ATMOSPHERE of this location is relaxing. Soft instrumental music plays nonstop easing tension and stress the moment you walk in the door. The owner, Jun Kwon says a friendly greeting welcoming the client to come in. The staff is FRIENDLY and SWEET as well. I decided to schedule an appointment to IMPROVE my FACE as I have OILY ACNE prone skin. I have been to this location three times (2 for facial and 1 for microneedling). I like both treatments, they are different and I RECOMMEND BOTH! Facials are RELAXING as it includes a mini shoulder and neck massage during facial. Keep in mind that the face will be picked after pores are open by steamer. Microneedling is what it sounds like micro needles. MY FAVORITE! Despite wondering around 4 days embarrassed with a hat and sunscreen on my face. Face is numbed by a numbing cream and treatment begins with micro needles pressed against face. Once complete, face is left red, an effect from the needles. The next day the face is extremely red, pimples and blemishes look irritated, looks as if an allergic reaction occured. After 4 days or so of mirconeedling, the face looks AMAZING! Soft, youthful, blemishes are less visible and pores are smaller. This is after 1 treatment imagine doing it more than once?! I am currently scheduled for microneedling again!
