My hairdresser (from another salon) was on maternity leave so I thought I'd try this one out for a quick trim. The girl at the counter was very friendly and I loved that they had you fill out a hair profile before your cut. It's a really cool atmosphere too. The girl that did my hair mentioned "Please don't tell anyone we did your color." I thought it was kind of rude considering I really liked the color of my hair. She also talked about some pretty inappropriate things during our conversation...know your audience and stay professional. I showed a picture of the hair trim I would like and I came out of there looking pretty chopped up. I had to pay to get it fixed somewhere else. I would definitely not call for a last minute appointment with someone you don't know. I'd make sure someone refers the stylist you should get. I was disappointed but I can't judge the salon by one bad stylist that was only there for a few weeks. She is probably fired by now. UPDATE!!!!! The owner contacted me and apologized and the stylist was indeed fired. I really appreciate their quick response (within an hour). It shows they really take their client's satisfaction seriously! They offered free services to help redeem themselves. I'm very impressed. They couldn't help that a new stylist was not doing a great job and took care of the issue as soon as they knew.
