I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and have bought all my beauty products from them. Today I bought the seamless clip in hair extensions which of course u cant try on until u buy them and then if u buy them u cant return them. These extensions were the worst possible thing i put on my hair bc the seamless part of the extensions were so rough and hard it felt like i was putting hard cardboard against my head. Then the cardboard part of it started to stick out from my hair lol and if u wear extensions u know what I mean thats bad news. So I decided to call them right away the same day that I bought it and talk to a manager to see if she can exchange it. Mind you I have been a customer for 15 years. I wanted them to make this one time exception since I did pay almost $200 for them there was no way possible to exchange it and they were very adamant about their decision. There was no wiggle room and it looked like they didn't want to even try. I am upset for the horrible quality her extensions they're selling and on top of that they're not even working to fix the problem. I don't think I will be shopping here anymore. read more

I am constantly looking for new products to try for my fine, oily, hair and every time I come in Savannah is always eager to help me. She is always extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions that I have about products as well as give me recommendations based on what I'm looking for or what I did/did not like about the previous product. Just left beauty Mark with the biggest smile on my face. As I first walked in Angela greeted me at the door. I told her what I was looking for and right away she walked me to the appropriate section of the store. She color matched me right away on first try. Later I asked if she could give me another option (which I didn't like) and ended up with first choice. I was so impressed with her beauty skills and customer service I ended up buying more products because she was such a joy to shop with. I felt so great leaving there with a huge smile on my face because I know I'm going to be looking so amazing tomorrow night for my event!! This store has everything for your hair and basic makeup needs. If you need a bump-up from the natural look this store has got it for you. The service is kinda lame though, they prefer talking to each other than helping you out, but it's cool. Not here for the service, just for the products. Parking is easy in the back and if you know what you want, hairwise, this place has ALL the needs. It's got some great beauty tools, and color contacts.... HIgh to low end styling stuff. I came in for the first time on Saturday. First off they have all the professional products you're going to need. Very clean. Maral helped me with my hair. It was a complete mess before coming in, so I had no clue whats going to be my outcome. She was very knowledgable about hair colors and the products. She recommended ammonia free hair dye from the igora line and deva curl products for my curls. I'm very satisfied with the result of my hair color and the deva curl is by far the best product for curly hair. I love this store and especially the workers! Been here quite a few times and one of the workers, her name is Celine, does a wonderful job! She helped me find the eyeliner that I was looking for and even sold me on a couple lipsticks that matched my face perfectly! the products themselves are very new and fresh and the lipsticks Celine helped me pick out actually DO look great! I really do try to root for this place.. the name is catchy, they have good products, but unfortunately their customer service is TERRIBLE! I keep coming back every couple of months because it's so close to home and I want to give them more chances, but after leaving this place dissatisfied with their customer service the last THREE times.. I think I give up! The young girls on the sale floor are helpful, but the older lady who stands by the register- PLEASE learn some client hospitality. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, but someone please get her trained on how to talk to customers or help her find another job where she doesn't have to interact with people. read more
