If I had chance I wouldnt even put one star. The worst customer service ever. My mom bought blowdryer from them and when she opened the box at home there was a missing part there. I called to the store and talked to one of the persian armenian girl. I told her whats going on and she said " no worries bring it back we will exchange it!" My dad went there today and they didnt want to accept that the merchandise was bought from them ( even tho it had a sticker on) . The old man said that it wasn't purchased from them ( the receipt was with my dad tho). The lady came over who have sold the blowdryer to my mom saying that it wasn't purchased from them. People are you okay there? Please revise your stuff whoever owner is. Like there is the receipt and the sticker on and you refuse to change it. I used to be blonde, my roots grew out and my hair faded really badly. I was just over it and wanted to dye my hair black. I walked in. A lot of people were nice to me and greeted me, but the one person who stood out most was a girl named Kristina. She helped me find the perfect shade of black and the best brand for it. Dying my hair and then realizing that it faded (was to be expected coming from blonde to black) I went back. Kristina was there again. I went back to her and explained what happened and she recommended that I try another brand, the bottle of it was blue I can't remember the name of it. The first blacks bottle was bright red. Anyway so I tried the second bottle of black and it hasent faded since. I love the product but I loved her help more. She was so calm and collected. I will definitely be going back to this store, I hope next time I want to dye my hair that I can find her or someone equally as easy to talk to and explain the situation as her. 100% satisfied. I was so wrong about this place. The guy who claims to be the owner is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever come across. It's a shame because his sister who also works there is the nicest person you will ever meet, always helpful. But the guy was being very rude to my client who I took in there to purchase extensions for. I asked her to wait outside and I asked to speak to him. He approached me and I explained to him that it was not very nice of him to yell at her in front of other customers whether she is right or wrong. A few days ago me and my cousin stopped by this place to get some items and what happened during our shopping experience was intolerable, disrespectful, immoral, and wrong. The owner, Edik, started disciplining an associate on the sales floor although the team member had done his best to help all the customers he attended to. It was unacceptable to a point that we left the store but felt the need to go back and let Edik know how he pushed his customers away and how wrong he was regarding his employee. However, he was already gone for the day. Never would I ever go back to that store. There are plenty of stores selling the exact same items and the competition is high. I was told by my hair stylist to go to Beauty Mark. I have never been in this store but I just walked out with the perfect extensions. Chris was so helpful in choosing the colors with me and I didn't feel rushed at all while trying to find the right ones. I purchased a 22" and 18" to blend the extensions together. Where do I start off?! I went in to buy a curler a week ago, ended up cutting my hair so I didn't even end up using the curler once. I ended up taking it in with everything intact and made sure I brought the receipt with me. The blonde girl working behind the cash register was nothing but snobby and rude. Right when I said I wanted to return this item, she started rolling her eyes. She started off hesitant then said sorry no receipt, no return. So I handed her the receipt nicely, and then she literally changed her focus to a small plastic box that was supposed to be attached to the box that held the curler. I was literally at awe, I brought everything back without even using it once. She processed to give me attitude and told me to leave the shop. I've never in my life had bad customer service like this. Did I mention everything there is over priced up the a*s! Don't waste your money and time on this place! Do yourself a favor and go to Sally's for better service and more affordable prices. And to comment back to your response, I wouldn't have left frustrated if I wasn't given attitude from the worker! I manage a salon and I know what customer service is, and what I received was definitely not it! Regardless if I were to have gotten a refund or not, if I was shown respect, I would have understood and walked away. If I had the option to choose ZERO stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. No human being, let alone a paying customer, should be subjected to the level of rude treatment that this establishment's cashiers provide. I don't shop in this area much, but visited this location based on a referral. I wish I had read the awful reviews before going, (as the majority single out the same complaint as I have), because I would have definitely prepared myself for unpleasantry, if not thought twice about making my way out there. But I trusted a friend's opinion, and decided to give them a shot. When I walked in, two young ladies were kind enough to assist me with finding extensions that matched my hair color. They both insisted that the color I ended up purchasing was the best match - but I should have gone with my gut, as it ended up being too dark. Not an issue, because they mentioned that as long as I do not untie them, I may exchange/return. I returned just three days later with my receipt, and the chubby female cashier with an accent immediately stated that she cannot accept the exchange...even though I had followed their instructions, was careful about NOT untying the extensions, kept them in the exact same condition, and presented my original receipt. She said laughed in my face and continued to viciously say "no one forced you to choose this color. Plus, at MOST stores, extensions are final sale. This is unacceptable." I was extremely aggravated and caught off guard that she was giving ME attitude; after all, it's not like I was trying to do a full on return. Simply an exchange for some unworn extensions that clearly did not match my head. I was not about to let some egotistical employee with a power trip force me to be stuck with $150 extensions. And you know what I had to just to get her the accept the exchange that should have rightfully been honored from the beginning?? I stooped down to her pathetic level and started raising my voice in front of other customers in the store, just to make her feel as uncomfortable as she made me feel. Went in for itip beads cause I was close by and my usual beauty supply store is way further from where I am since I was short on time that day I had no choice to stop but and try to pick up what I needed, they have the cheapest beads and SO overpriced. Customer service was horrible so much attitude and eye rolling by the time I finished my purchase. The supplies that they carry in their store is very cheap and something that came out YEARS ago. So ive read all the reviews and wanted to try this out for myself! Im familiar with alot of the hair brands that they have in stock so i knew from the geico they have good quality hair. However they are a little overpriced and i get that because they are located in Glendale. I had an ok experience and thats why ill give them only 3 stars. I've been coming here for about 3 years now. And have received so-so service. They watch you like a hawk when you want to look at their products and want to look at colors. They seem to tend to a certain type of people, I won't go into detail- but that is what I've encountered several times. I keep coming back because they are the closest store to me with my preferred blonde color that is great. THe prices are ok, they seem a little high.
