Jasmin does a fantastic job, and knows just how to shape my eyebrows in a manner than most flatters my facial features. I always leave the salon satisfied with the quality of service. I have also received two pedicures there and have liked them, especially for the price and the time and effort the pedicurists put into their work. You do not need to call ahead if you want your brows threaded, but I recommend that you call ahead if you want a pedicure. The ambience is simple and almost hole in the wall--it's not the kind of place where you want to linger for too long. I've never experienced issues with cleanliness. One caveat: the thread used during the threading process tends to be on the thicker side. This sometimes causes small cuts that heal in a day or so. I use tretinoin (though I do not use it the day before and the day of threading) and have thick brows, which could perhaps be contributing to the cuts. Overall, I highly recommend the threading services at Jasmin's, especially when they are offered by Jasmin herself!

He was very attentive, professional, and took such great care of me throughout my massage. I truly appreciated the care he provided. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an issue with my booking. I had a gift certificate specifically for a Hot Stone Massage, but when I arrived, my appointment had been entered as a Body Butter Massage. I brought the issue to the staff's attention, and my massage therapist also spoke with them about the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was told that the receptionist was responsible for entering the massage incorrectly. However, I was disappointed that after explaining the situation, no accommodation was offered--such as a discount toward a future visit or a complimentary massage. I want to emphasize that my massage therapist was wonderful and provided excellent service. My concern is with how the booking error was handled afterward. When a mistake is made by the establishment, I believe it is important to make the customer feel valued and to find a reasonable way to make the situation right. Betty O Day Spa is a beautiful establishment, and based on the quality of my massage therapist, I would consider returning. I just hope that in the future, greater care is taken when entering appointments and that customers are given better consideration when an error occurs.

Laura is a wonderful practitioner of her craft. She is always professional, practices good health/cleaning practices and is respectful of my time. The final result is always great. I love that she truly assesses my facial features and personality and gives me a look that truly compliments me (not just what might be popular on Instagram). Finally, I got seated at the pedicure bowl. The person I thought would be doing my pedicure just turned on the water, which was way too hot. I asked her to cool it down, and she did, but then she handed me the color options and just walked off. After that, she came back, sat down, and started working on someone else without saying anything about my pedicure. I ended up sitting there for 20 minutes with no idea what was going on before I decided to leave. They've raised their prices, but the service just isn't keeping up. I'm not about to pay for such terrible service!
