Tammy does my nails every two weeks. No one else has ever been able to create a beautiful manicure out of my horrible natural nails like Tammy does. My natural nails are short, thin and raggedy and very weak. In order to stay attached, the nail artist needs to build thick nails that go all the way to the edges of my natural nails. Usually I'm not the type to complain about a nail job, but I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received here. Not only was the pedicure $75 but while getting my cuticles cut the woman ended up cutting me pretty bad. She apologized and went to get nail glue to put over it and the rest of that service was fine.... A man came over to start on my nails and was drilling off the old gel polish while in the pedicure chair and got the shavings all over me. He glued down two tips just to leave in the middle of it when someone else walked in for a pedicure. I received my manicure from a different woman and she was very nice but I had the same problem with the cut cuticles from her as well. With her it was due to the nail drill, and it happened on almost every finger. My end total was $160 which has never happened unless I got a design and I only got plain color dip acrylics and gel on my toes. I would go back to have them fix it but honestly I'd rather avoid an infection and let them heal before trying a different salon to help me. read more

NEGITIVE 6 STARS if that was an option!!!!!!!! Definitely will not be returning. My basic pedicure was the MOST painful experience I've EVER had. Left with 2 spots bleeding and the tops of my feet feeling like they're on FIRE! They didn't remove my nail polish correctly in the beginning, didn't cut or file correctly, paint job extremely rushed and the whole experience honestly felt like some sort of torture. I can't even begin to express how beyond disappointed and dissatisfied I am. If I hadn't had a conscience I'd of walked out without paying. Most HORRIFIC experience EVER! read more

I've been here a few times now. I like to support businesses close to my town but it's been a hit or miss. I feel like that's anywhere you go, but I'm in search of place that isn't like that. I attached the nails ive gotten that I've loved, and the ones that make me not want to go back. I went back in and said I was sorry but it would bother me to not have them fixed, and that wasn't a good experience either. We made an appointment for 6 pedicures and when we arrived they split us up even though there were plenty of chairs, they just didn't plan well. Then because they didn't have enough staff for all the full chairs we had to wait - which isn't awful. But then they rushed through the pedicure and the painting wasn't done well. There are just better places around so I would not recommend this nail place. read more

Please, do not go here. Three of us went and none of us were happy with the results. My Best friend has never had her nails done before, and I talked her into going for her daughters wedding. The YOUNG man that did her nails cut her several times and then did a horrible job on her color. I asked for another person to redo them. Even though the new man did a better job and agreed they were not done well, she was in pain for her daughters wedding day. The whole experience including check out was unacceptable. I don't know why this place has any bad reviews because this was the best pedicure I have ever got. I was just visiting for the holidays from Chicago but my mom goes here for her regular shellac manicures and has had wonderful experiences as well. The place is very clean and newly remodeled. Went in for a gel manicure. The nail tech made my fingers bleed while cutting my cuticles. The nail polish was not done well and there was an excess of nail polish left on my fingers. I will never go here again. read more

Went to salon the other day and while getting my nails done and in the middle of my manicure the technician left and went to do a pedicure for someone who had just entered the building I don't know much about the nail technician job but that seemed very unprofessional and genuinely quite rude. I got my nails done here for about 10 years then worked here for a month and won't go back even for one service. When I found out THEY REUSE DISPOSABLE FLIP FLOPS AND TOE SEPARATORS, I quit immediately. Also, I wasn't proficient with nippers (what they use to nip skin off around toes and fingertips) because they are illegal in nail salons and didn't even come in my $2500 kit from cosmetology school. They do a lot here that will someday have them shut down. If you get your nails done here, look at everything they use. All files, filing blocks, FOOT FILES, etc are all reused over and over and over. In the month I worked there, I never saw even one file disposed of by any other workers. One more thing. They all use American names so you don't even know which of them have actual LEGAL LICENSES. I don't mind foreigners at all but when they come into our country and play us like fucking fiddles, that's what pisses me off. read more

The guy who did my nails and everyone there ripped me and my friend off, the sign said $30 for a full set i had to pay $50 because how "long" they are and the paint but he didnt tell me i could get a cheeper paint fills were posted as$20 but were $35, my fingers are sore becauae he wasnt careful while filing and my fingers arent sensitive also didnt pay attention to the color and couldnt remeber the color,as well as part of my realy nail.stick out and there are gapes, Definetly not $50 nails read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I've tried this place time and time again because it is conveniently located; however, the technicians deliver below-par results every single time. When filing my dips down they often use the wrong tool and/or too much speed and it ends up hurting my nails and making them hot. It's extremely painful, along with over manicuring my cuticles. My shellac and dips manicures never last, the paint/powder is never distributed evenly and each time I leave I wonder why I even tried the salon again. I will not go back to this business. It's worth the drive to a neighboring city for quality work. read more
