Some are lazy and just wax, they don't bother doing any shaping. Others simply disregard my request to NOT make my eyebrows thin {my ultimate pet peeve! Argh!} Anna is the only one, aside from my mom who is also excellent, who listens and actually takes time to shape my brows, not just tear them apart with hot wax. She's also a complete sweetheart. The only pitfall I have about Oggi is the hours and the prices. The hours are tough to work around if you work full time and the prices are a bit steep. They do have limited hours on the weekends, but those can be busy. I once had a facial here, which Anna did a really great job with, but it was expensive. Not surprising though because this is a pretty fancy salon. Anna charges roughly $20 for brows, which is not too bad considering the effort she puts in.
