No frills place. Pretty clean. I had an appt, but like most nail places I had to wait. Was hoping for a massage with the pedicure. She said we don't really do that, we massage a little. I said I don't mind paying xtra I really would love a massage, my feet are killing me. She said ok. She massaged calves & feet for barely 1 minute each. She said I'm sorry but we are too busy for a massage today. She did a great job w the trim & polish. I will find another place that gives a good massage. read more

I went in for a pedicure. I was siked to go get one, it was the first decent afternoon. I put on flip flops and went. I just wanted a regular one but real quick let him talk me into a gel pedicure for 17 more dollars. I was ok with it cause i thought spending 50 not including tip, i would definitely get a quality one. Everything was good at first but then it was over. He did nothing my feet were just like they were when i got there. He used no pedicure tools. I asked him to use one of them and he said no i just do it like that and i put good lotion. I said again can you use the tools for dry dead skin. He said no no. I said i am not happy you did not do anything. I asked again for him to please do a good job cause i didnt want to have to go elsewhere. He kept saying no i just scrub and lotion. I said i didnt want gel cause i was not happy. He went and got regular polish, when he came back i showed him what i was unhappy about and what i'd like done. He refused. I said dont even paint them you did nothing. I was 100% unhappy. He got mad and told me to get out. I have gotten 100's of pedicures and i wanted nothing extra. Just what is always done. First one of the season, i would of paid top dollar and tipped him great if he did a good job. I am having horrible experiences down here with customer service. I want nothing extra only what is expected. The language barrier , i feel is being used as an excuse. I went to my normal place in plymouth paid $32 got a great pedicure and left a 25 tip. Well, it appears that this facility has "Cape Cod disorder". That's not updating their website, showing up when they want, and not having a clearly marked address. Hannah is a lovely girl and she does a really good job with nails but the salon is so dirty , I don't think I can go back there. The bathroom, overflowing garbage and back area would never pass the Board of Health. It's a shame because Hannah and Vu are very nice and do a good job with nails and toes. read more

This is the best place for pedicures! Vu does wonders!! I refuse to go anywhere else for pedicures because everytime it never ends up as good as when Vu does it. He speaks perfect english and is very handsome too which doesnt hurt. Its clean, relaxing, and a friendly environment. read more

I came here on a whim cause it was close by and I desperately needed new shellac. I called beforehand and made an appointment. They also take walk ins but I hate waiting. For my shellac removal and application, it was $25. My nail tech was Hannah and she was amazing! She painted my nails perfectly and was also fast. She is probably the most gentle tech I've ever had. Barely felt anything. And as a side note, she has the cutest puppy . Who doesn't wanna go to a salon that has an adorable, friendly dog running around? Some people may be scared or allergic, but not to worry. She only took the puppy out once I said to. Would certainly come again. read more

Horrible horrible horrible The work was shoddy and the manicurist tried to get away with keeping my check open and not giving me a receipt. She worked too fast and smudged my nails and tried to say there was nothing wrong with them. A person who seemed to be a manager apologized and attempted to fix the bad work. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went to Heather, the owner, otherwise I would have called the owner for a refund. I told her that I wanted a full set for my sister's wedding. First of all- she rushed through the whole thing. She cut me with every tool she had! She filed into my skin and clipped into my cuticles and I kept telling her she was cutting me, but she just made a face and an "ouch noise" like that would fix it. I politely asked numerous times while she was in the process of doing my nails to make them shorter, thinner, rounder, etc. (I really wasn't trying to be obnoxious or difficult, they just looked awful) and with each request she said "later, later" so I waited. I don't know what happened to "later" because started painting my VERY uneven, crooked, and absurdly thick nails, and I stopped her to correct them. I apologized and said, "actually, Heather, can you even these nails out?" and showed her how ridiculously crooked they were. At this point she was really sick of me (apparently it's annoying to tell her she's cutting you, or that you are unhappy with the shape she chose for you). She filed my nails-- again cutting me (?!?!?!), and rushing through it. She didn't ask if that was better, she just started painting again. I was pretty upset at that point, and figured I'd rather go home and file them myself than sit here and let her continue to saw through the skin around my nails. She finally finished, and without setting me up to dry my nails she shoved the receipt in my face and said "OK you go now. Go." I asked a few level-headed people if I was overreacting, and showed them my nails. They balked at the cuts and pointed out that a few nails looked like they were on sideways. I'm the first to admit that I know what I want, but I am always courteous and considerate when asking for it. It felt like Heather wanted me to be happy with whatever look she decided on, and was angry/impatient when I asked for something different. (She also never tried to clean my cuts...) read more

I have been coming to Hannah for my nails for years now. I had been going to another local nail salon for 13 years where there was never a friendly conversation or the cleanliness that I now see after switching to pocasset nails. Vu and Hannah are genuinely sincere,respectful and keep there salon very clean and sterile!!! Not to mention the wonderful job they both do. You will have no regrets!!! Fast. Friendly. Good work. ATTENTION: when I read some of the other reviews, I was scared to go in there for 3 acrylic repairs and a polish change. But what I found out (once I did venture in) was that it's been under new ownership since October 2014. Clearly the ownership prior to that was not as good as it is now. Don't hesitate. read more

If I could give it less then 1 star, I would. I went and got a mani/pedi yesterday and they were very nice. But, today my nails and toe nail polish is already chipping and fading. That has NEVER happened before for a toe nail color. It looks like I got it done weeks ago. I will never go back there. read more

One of the best nail experiences I've ever had! I called a half hour before wanting to come in. They made sure to give me a time where they would be available, I walked right in and was immediately taken care of by Hannah. Strange experience! Walking in I noticed the Buddha altar and thought ah a nice relaxing place. Was so wrong. 3 women there with 5? Children. All the pedicure chairs were occupied. One woman had her one yr old on her lap. They really didn't greet me but I had an appointment so I sat and waited. The woman with the little one was suddenly up and crying. Her friends consoling her and telling her to finish the pedicure. She chose to leave. Her friends finished up and paid. One woman said it was the worst pedi ever and wouldn't come back. Looked like a disaster for the whole group. I was in the chair already and the owner was "working" on me. She was very fast and went through the motions, it was quick. That's the only positive I can say. My big toe has already chipped and it's only been 1/2 day. She turned a woman away that wanted a nail fill. Said they were too busy. I was one if 2 people there. ??? Don't go there. read more
