I was so looking forward to a relaxing mani-pedi. Not the case here! The man was rough, hurting me, pushing the toe nail cuticles down hard with an instrument. Not the best acrylic fill i've ever had but definitely the cheapest. $45 for the fill but it took about an hour and a half and I kept getting nicked with the buffer over and over until he finally cut my whole cuticle on my thumb. it was bleeding a lot and very painful. i do have to say that i love the shape he filed my nails into but id be scared to go back. everyone in there was nice and friendly though and they offered everyone egg rolls lol read more

First let me say I don't usually review places, but I had to for this place. Went for a dip manicure on Friday July 1. My nails looked great. I have had many dip manicures at another local nail salon and I love how long it lasts.....usually! On Saturday July 2 my nail on my middle finger on the right hand cracked. This has never happened before. I went in for a repair and they fixed it. The next day another two broke, then another two. All of my nails starting cracking and the polish just cracked off by July 8. My nails are a mess. All cracked and peeling!!! I will never return to this salon. I am disgusted at how my nails look. I cannot believe it would ruin so fast. I will stick with my regular place moving forward, after my nails heal from this disaster! read more

Gel manicure. She used an electric tool to take off the first few layers of old gel and she went right through to my actual nails burning them and rendering them paper thin - one day later and two have ripped already and the burning continues. The polish hardly covers, no top coat, nails sharp and scratchy, not at all even. My cuticles were cut with tool and are jagged and raw. I question if it was sanitized, so when I went home, I poured peroxide all over my nails and cuticles. No massage. She had coughing fit (no mask) and did not put her face in her arm nor wash her hands. While washing my hands, two employees are gulping snails right out of their shells from a plastic bag (if you enjoy eating that sort of thing, good for you,). My nails are ruined and my stomach is turned. Will never go back. This was NOT a manicurists' first day, it was the owner. read more

Honestly the worst shellac manicure and pedicure I've gotten in years. No attention to detail, my nails are not shaped well, and I'm just so very disappointed. The young man who did my mani pedi is nice, but I save up for this treat for myself, and I'll need to get it redone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they care about detail and pampering. I love to support local businesses as much as I can. However this is not one of them. The staff is lovely and accommodating but the quality of manis, pedis and gel manis are awful. You get what you pay for- my concern for sanitary conditions is also not good here. I travel 45 mins off Cape Cod to get the best gel manis and pedis. read more

I arrived for a walk in shellac manicure. I was really disappointed when I left, granted it was very cheap so I didn't feel as angry as I would have had I paid more. I wanted to keep my round nails that were perfectly shaped from a previous manicure somewhere else. The man who did my nails filed them pointy, crooked, and jagged. He filed my broken nail down even shorter. I asked him to clip my thumbs and he cut them short and uneven from each other even though there was plenty of length to get them aligned. There are tons of bubbles in each nail and the polish color was thin and he didn't fix it by applying more coats, I can see through the nail tips. He slapped lotion on. No rub or massage, no oil, he kicked me out the second the shellac was set. He did not use sanitized tools. I will never go back. The only positive side was that it was cheap. read more

came as a walk in on a Thursday afternoon and got taken care of right away. everyone was really nice and welcoming. I picked a color and had a mani-pedi in half an hour for $33 which isn't bad. The leg massage during my pedicure was heavenly. Only con is they didn't get into my cuticles as much as I wanted and I'm used to, cuticles is the main reason why I get mani-pedis. I will try to request more attention to my cuticles next time. Price is reasonable and it's 5 minutes away. read more

I got a shellac manicure that was painfully mediocre. The salon did not offer a full range of options, like matte polish and did not seem to understand what I wanted for my manicure. I have dried gel polish under my nails and the manicurist pulled tools out of his drawer, not a visible cleaner or new package which made me question the sanitation. They also did not start the gel polish close enough to the bottom of my nail so I'm expecting it to start coming off much before the typical two weeks it should last, which is honestly fine as I wouldn't want to keep this on much longer than that. read more

Great place for the price! Came in as a walk-in, had absolutely no issue getting taken care of. Great color selection and the place is really clean. Prices are great - $25 for just a pedi, 8-10 for a color change, 33 for a mani-pedi. They do gel too. The owners are super nice and really attentive. read more

Two of us had to ask to get it redone because nail polish was all over our skin, smudged, not painted well, cut our nails way to short without asking...the list goes on. For the quality of this place it is way over priced. It's dirty and very smelly no windows were open. When we asked to fix a few things on our pedis one of the men argued with us. A truly horrible experience. 3 of us walked in for manis and pedis. The staff didn't speak English very well. They assigned one person to the three of us so we had a long wait. They took customers who walked in after us before us. My daughter asked for a white flower (language barrier) and received a black and red one. We politely asked if she could change it and she proceeded to rant in her native language with a few choice English words thrown in. Called ahead for an appointment. Waited 25 minutes. Pedicure sloppy with polish left on my skin. No leg massage. Had the same cuticle concerns as another reviewer. The nail technician literally tossed our sandals on the floor next to a chair for a manicure and just waved us to the manicure station. The manicure was 10 minutes tops, did not even completely remove my old clear polish on 2 nails. Would not return. There are many more options in the area. read more
