I've had a…read morefew bad experiences with Tina, she is extremely rude and the company disregards their customers. She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. I'm paying you for your services, I'd hope that I'd be able to get the service I'm paying for. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way. There was no communication that we weren't gonna get service, the owner was trying to non-confrontally push us out. He then hovered over us at the atm and inside the store, making it feel like it was racially motivated. We were on first name basis but because Tina was "frightened" by us, it changed the way we we're being perceived. I'm disappointed because this spot was so nice, until it wasn't. The other staff is great but unfortunately I've had 3 terrible experiences with Tina and I've decided not to return.

They offer nice things but the quality of the actual service wasn't worth the price and time spent…read morethere.

I've been with Cherry the whole time and absolutely love her- sadly I never take photos of my nails but I included the chrome ones she's done for me over the years! Prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend BOOKING AHEAD OF TIME, they are typically too busy for walk-ins.

Never any coupons, deals for however many times you go there, etc. The best seems to be to save a couple of dollars by paying cash over credit/debit card. It would be nice to feel appreciated and have some sort of reward or coupon program, given how large the business has grown to. #2: Lately, it seems that the nail techs are too busy to sanitize their tools in between customers. I really have no desire to catch anything from non-sanitized clippers, cuticle trimmers, or nail files. I would LOVE to see the techs opening sanitized tools in front of me while I'm there, so I know they're using clean stuff during my session. #3: I'm not sure if it's the tool or the techs, but I am so sick of my fingers getting cut up by the edges of the nail files! Like a papercut but deeper and it stings!! #4: Not everyone is trained equally. Some techs refuse to learn simple new techniques. It could be because they are over-worked and always busy. I also don't think each person does the dip manicure or the cat-eye manicure the same way - which way is the right way? It's different every time, it seems, and some techs' manicures definitely have better staying power and durability than others'. Overall, I find that this is a pretty good value for what you get, most of the techs do a good job, and I love that cat-eye dip is now being offered, but I'm just starting to question what's going on here. Are the workers too busy and stressed? Do they need more time in between clients?
