It's a wonderful contrast to many of the healthcare providers I've worked with in the past, who were either disinterested or arrogant or seemed interested only in extracting payment. The clinic is small but well appointed, which lends to the personal feeling. The infusion rooms are comfortable and private. There is frequent follow up and measurement of how one is responding to treatment.
