He was charming and funny and sensitive to my aunt. He escorted her into a private room and talked with her about lifestyle, expectations and the different options that were available to her. At the end of the day, she selected a human hair wig. It was more natural looking and it didn't feel hot and itchy on her head. She ordered it and we waited for her fitting.
