This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything, but I wanted to share my experiece with Eldorado so it could help others with hair loss problems. I developed an immune disorder called alopecia areata and began to rapidly lose my once beautiful long hair. I was devastated and did not know where to turn. My mother told me to contact Eldorado Hair Replacement. The owner, Marty, met with me the same day I called. He immediately made me feel at ease and could not have been nicer. He spent a lot of time with me and assessed my hair. I never felt rushed or pressured. I have been a client of Eldorado for the past 6-7 years and the amazing, professional staff and stylists there have changed my life! I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found Eldorado. I was a client w/Eldorado Hair for 9 years when moving from NY to MD. I can't put it into words the up most professionalism and service I rec'd from Marty and the hair stylist I rec'd the many years I lived there before moving to NC. My hair never looked better from week to week and I always rec'd compliments from my family members and I have Aldorado to thank for that. Whenever I needed to change my apt. to another date/time they were always willing to work with me and again that's customer service at its best. If I do not like a salon I won't return. These people are professionals and know what they are doing! I am extremely pleased with the service, management and staff at El Dorado. I have been coming to El Dorado Hair Replacement for about 3 years now. The staff here are so accommodating and welcoming. Every time I walk through the door they greet me and ask how I am doing. They always offer me food and drink to make sure I'm comfortable. I get to my appointments about 15 minutes before and they take me in right on time or even earlier. I met with two hair transplant specialists and was convinced that I needed a hair transplant. To consider my options, I set up a third appointment with the Eldorado Hair Replacement Center.
