My boyfriend and I went to look at cowboy boots for him. We were in that store for at least 45…read moreminutes. There were four employees at the front desk all conversing and playing on their phones. The entire time we were there along with several other customers, not one time did any of them approach anyone in the store to see if they needed help. If we are are going to spend $249 on a pair of boots than I expect fantastic customer service! We will never be returning to that store. The owner may need to re-think training your employees and choosing them more wisely. We would have much rather given our money to a local business, but due to the lack of customer service, we ended up ordering the exact same boots on Amazon.
