Alice (Co Nga) was such a sweet lady and very attentive to our baby. Baby was moving around like crazy and Alice was keeping her engaged and being an all around endearing Aunty. I wanted a medium length bob cut, showed her a picture for reference but she only said "well, it's your hair" and shrugged her shoulders. I wanted her opinion but she seemed very uninterested. She barely looked at the picture and started chopping away while talking nonstop! I couldn't even get a word in! I ended up with very short layers, the style looks nothing like what I wanted, and she cut some much of my hair! She never asked how many inches or anything! Now, there's no way of fixing it!
