Walked in no appointment took me right away. Did threading which I have never done. But had a wonderful lady Reena do my brow and tint them too. So happy with my results . And the threading method was painless she was so good! Make your appointment with Reena she's amazing ! Going back to beauty secret's for color on my hair. One stop shop! The have every service you can think of. Vibe was so nice and relaxing she made me feel welcomed and left feeling great! read more

I've been goign here for a couple years now. Everyone is so good at what they do and make everything so easy. They alway go above and beyond. I got every two weeks or so to get my eyebrows threaded and it's super easy for walk ins. I am a guy, so i only do eye brow threading. As far as waxing and facials i couldn't tell you, but outside of that I am a satisfied customer! read more

The Indian women here are all great when it comes to facial hair threading. From my three times here, I've liked Balvin best. After visiting various businesses in LA, I felt confidence in her to give me a really great arch on the eyebrow shape, which she did with aplomb and with a wonderful light touch. She has an unassuming and gentle manner about her. Mostly when I am unsure of their manner, I just say, "clean up the brow" as women can be overly aggressive leaving you with welted skin and too narrow a brow. Balvin checked in with me and verbally gave me a sense of how the shaping would go. My skin survived perfectly without any mishaps/burns/welts. Even in spots where I indicated my facial skin is sensitive, she took a light touch and said she didn't want to leave a harsh edge between a cleaned spot and another spot without threading, so she "blended" the line. Thus I've had the cleanest looking facial threading I have ever had. No harsh lines, and I feel really refreshed with my image. I like the sense of calm in the store and the Bollywood film music which sets a home-y ambience (for me at least). They track your payments so that after ten times, you get a free eyebrow threading. Prices are around $30 for the full face threading. Waxing appointments are also available: 310-306-three one nine one. read more

I tried growing them out in 2025, but after that, I just couldn't figure out how to shape them AT ALL! So I had the bushiest catapillars. I was worried about over plucking (it took a year to grow them back!) and found a solution where they let me do a tinting and mapping so I could just shave them when I got home. And after I shaved them, I was very impressed! I feel like they are back to how I like them, but couldn't figure out how to get to on my own for years. It's like a constant fusteration and anxiety has totally evaporated. I also found the service very relaxing, it made me feel like I was going to fall asleep lol. Definitely book here if you've been having long term struggles like me, or you just want someone to take the load off of filling in your eyebrows every day! I'm going to try to return--$35/$50 (for a tint/tint and map) every six weeks to not have to worry about if my eyebrows are uneven or if I shaped them right is so worth it!

They copy & paste the same shape on each client. In and out the door in 10 minutes? No no no. Stay away from these type of threading salons. They want to see as many clients as possible to maximize profits, and won't give you the attention you need. I highly recommend Leila for brow threading and shaping. She is knowledgeable, passionate, and authentic. She takes her time with each client to insure him or her the best results. When we met for the first time she made some observations on my eyebrow shape that made a positive impact on my overall appearance. Leila takes the time to discuss what she sees and is passionate about her craft. I've been going to different threading salons for the past 10 years and she is absolutely the BEST. Worth every penny. I have been going to thread my eyebrows here for more than 2 years (with an Asian lady, not sure what her name is) .Every time I loved it. Here and there I would also ask to have my upper lip and chin waxed. Unfortunately, today went horrible. I have attached a picture of the aftermath. I went back to show her what had happened and instead of apologizing she instead said it was due to me having sensitive skin and it was my fault for not letting her know so she could have applied something prior to waxing. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
